Bwythyn Cudd is a charming and secluded cottage praised for its beautiful location, modern interior, and peaceful garden. Guests enjoyed the hot tub and the scenic surroundings, finding it a great base for exploring the area. The property offers a private and relaxing retreat with a responsive host, though some guests suggested minor improvements.

The cottage received mixed feedback on cleanliness. While some guests found it clean and fresh, others noted cobwebs, dead insects, and dirty windows. The overall impression suggests room for improvement in this area.

The location is highly praised for its beauty, seclusion, and proximity to local attractions. Guests appreciated the rural setting and the easy access to nearby towns and coastal paths, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway.

Comfort levels were generally good, with a few guests noting the quality of the beds and bedding could be better. The main bedroom's mattress and frame received specific criticism, while another guest found the bed perfect.

Facilities like the hot tub and kitchen were well-received, but some guests mentioned a lack of kitchenware, a washing machine, and measures to tackle flies. The property was considered well-equipped overall, but with room for enhancements.

Guests mentioned thoughtful touches such as a welcome hamper with Welsh cakes and Prosecco. However, it should be noted that such gifts are kind gestures and may not be guaranteed with every stay.

My partner and I spent 4 nights in Bwythyn Cudd and they were perfect. The weather was truly awful but the cottage quickly got up to temp. Only used the double bed and found it perfect. We did have an 8 legged visitor but just let it get on with it's "job". Yep, found some cobwebs but that's to be expected. Overall cleanliness was top notch, no complaints from us.The local amenities only got a 4, this is not the fault of the owner, just the location and time of year.Did lose power on the 3rd day. Wind was strong and the rain was torrential overnight and I woke up to no power in the cottage. Owner had WhatsApp'd me with the details. We saw engineers pass through the rear of the property so decided to change our plans for the day. It was sorted while we out and owner texted us confirmation. Nothing owner could but communicate with us, which she did. And visited us to make sure we were okay. All in all a great stay and yes we would go back, probably try summer months next time.Spot on, thank you.

We stayed for a long weekend in November, the little cottage is lovely and we would happily stay again. The hamper was a nice touch, the hot tub was great and it was lovely and warm. There are a couple of things that would have made it better for us We are foodies and love to cook special meals when were away, there was limited equipment. Extra pans, bowls, jugs, etc. would have been useful. We found the position of the TV difficult to manoeuvre. It was right in the way when wanting to get something out of the draws or microwave. Repositioning this or changing the bracket to one that moves the TV out of the way would have been better. No glases are to be taken into the hot tub but no plastic glases were provided. In the main bedroom, there is nowhere to hang any clothes or dresing gowns , a few extra hooks would have made it easier. These are all minor points and we still had a lovely stay.
