Spacious 4-bedroom holiday cottage which is approximately 5oo yds from the centre of Saundersfoot's seaside village, beaches with far-reaching sea views from the open plan living area and split level garden. The property features a fully-fitted kitchen, separate sitting room with Nintendo Wii & board games and four comfortable bedrooms that have been thoughtfully decorated throughout. The golden beaches, unique stores and local eateries in and around Saundersfoot are a short walk from the property as well as an amusement arcade, quaint harbour and scenic coastal path. The famous colourful terrace houses that line the streets of Tenby are just 10 minutes drive away from Pen Gar where you'll find even more shops, cafes, pubs and glorious beaches.

Rooms: Ground floor: Large living/dining area with sea views, fully-fitted kitchen, sitting room and cloakroom with WC. First Floor: 2 king bedrooms, both with patio doors leading to the garden and one with en suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. 

Kitchen and utilities: Fully-fitted kitchen with hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and 2 dishwashers.

Entertainment: Wall-mounted TV in living area, TV with Nintendo Wii and board games in sitting room and TV in the king bedrooms. Wi-Fi available.

Outside: Split into 2 levels with small seating area and far-reaching sea views from the top decked level and another viewpoint from the lower paved area. Not suitable for unsupervised children in the lower garden area.

General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 4 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, coffee machine pods and Welsh cakes.
