  An absolutely gorgeous cottage in a peaceful location with stunning views across the fields down to the river. The cottage is homely and cosy with everything needed for a comfortable stay and a great garden to relax in when the sun shines. Being at the end of a no through road means there's no passing traffic so it's incredibly quiet and you can really switch off and relax. Watching the pheasants and hares in the fields and being treated to a nightly display from a barn owl was such a treat. There's plenty of walks right from the front door and so much to explore in the area and further afield too and there's lots of useful information in the cottage to help plan days out. Totally dog friendly and our two dogs loved the garden and enjoyed the break as much as we did. We would most definitely stay again.

  So nearly booked another week Glan Meon cottage was just what I needed .

  In the town itself so no need for a car , I travelled by bus from home . The cottage is lovely ! Cosy and comfortable ( sofa and bed especially ). Super-clean and nice and quiet . I had forgotten to bring a face flannel -provided ! A torch-also provided ! Nice to have a shower mat . A lovely welcome card from the owner , plus provisions to start my break . I liked all the information in the folder , plus guide books . The cottage is a credit to the owner , well thought out with a very high quality finish . I will definitely book again

  Really quirky, well presented and well equipped cottage, with style and comfort.

  It's not for those who are not very mobile and we had fun accessing the bed, which was extremely comfortable. If you want town centre, this is this place, but you wouldn't know it as it felt, and was, very quiet. Access to the cottage was a little challenging but all part of the experience. The description and notes were very accurate. We had a lovely long weekend doing things we like to do: walking, challenging climbs (Cadar Idris!), watching nature, paddling, boat trips, eating and enjoying wonderful views.

  Good location for Tesco. No lawn or grass area if you have a dog who likes grass. We walked into St Ives which was nice, but caught the bus back as it was very steep. It is also very steep down to Carbis Bay so we never made it down there. The bed was very large and comfortable but the room seemed a bit damp. We managed to get our car on the drive and were very grateful to have use of a car charging point, but if you have a large or wide car you may struggle. Easy to get to all of south Cornwall.

  A lovely cottage. Great location and fab for dog walking. Our pup doesn't like to be on lead for too long and he greatly appreciated the wide-open space. As for the cottage, lovely and warm, very cozy, lovely comfy bed and the bathroom was great. The stairs were a bit steep, but what do you expect from a building such as this! A great conversion. The garden was lovely as well - pup loved it and it was secure too. Love to come back again.
