Amazing holiday flat a few minutes walk from crooklets beach. We stayed in flat 6 on the top floor and the stairs were absolutely fine and manageable. The holiday flat was great, decorated really well, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Plenty of room for us, two adults and our dog. Fab views across the golf course. Amazing location, and with a few changes it would be perfect. It's cheap and cheerful, what we were looking for, and the best part, dog friendly. The staff are really nice & helpful and I would go again if there were blackout curtains, a comfy bed and a comfy sofa. Windows are very rattly in the wind - easily fixed though. Pub garden can be noisy late evening, but not too bad. We had a different apartment last year, with a loud & smelly kitchen extractor fan outside one bedroom at the back.

We’ve just had a really good stay in Flat 3, it’s a great location and nowhere in Bude is far away. The kitchen’s well equipped for simple cooking, 2 ring hob and oven. The flat is very minimal, cross between travel lodge & student accommodation, but that’s fine. Everything was clean. The bathroom off the bedroom is tiny, good electric shower but drains slowly, extractor fan not working. Needs a clothes airer, a struggle to get towels dry, had to drape over doors. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The apartments are in a price location . We stayed in no 3 and it was very clean and tastefully decorated with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Large longw and bedroom but very smallen ensuite bathroim . Great smart tv in living room and yv in bedroom .The outside of the huge windows were very dirty which did spoil the view and there was a lot of noise ftom the beer garden directly below .
