  We had a lovely stay at Beach Hut cottage. It was easy to find, had great parking and is so close to the beach, our 1 year old could walk there happily every day in every weather. This kitchen was well stocked and it was lovely to come in to a tea bag pot, coffee and a pint of milk after our long journey there. The housekeeper was kind and considerate and all the information we needed was provided. They don’t have a cot or high chair available. We used it as a base to see friends nearby so didn’t explore the local area much but everyone we did meet were very friendly and helpful. The water is hot and the shower and bath were both very good especially to warm up after a day on the beach in February. The heating also works well so we always came home to a warm house which was great. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay there again.

  A very comfortable property in Melton just outside of Woodbridge. Well furnished with comfortable beds and sofas. The kitchen and appliances are well appointed for those who wish to prepare all of their meals during whilst there (not us). The Coach and Horses 5 minutes walk away is an excellent venue for evening meals and also a Sunday lunch. The only cautions would be, the TV stand may be a little unstable with multiple indentations in the carpet suggesting that it has been regularly moved. The fire blanket in the kitchen is missing (presumably used at some point) and no alternative form of fire suppression is available. The notes requested that on departure linen and towels are placed in clear plastic bags provided, there were NO such bags provided.

  Great little cottage in a perfect location. The kitchen is really well equipped and the lounge was comfy and warm. The owners provided shower gel, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner in refillable bottles, which is a great eco alternative to providing mini plastic bottles. The welcome bottle of Suffolk wine was greatly appreciated. The bed in the main bedroom was a little small for us tall people, and the internet and live TV channels a little problematic in windy weather, but if these things aren't of importance to you then Gorse cottage is a great place to stay. The kids loved the little snug twin room and bed layout.

  Black Tiles was a very comfy warm cottage. Well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery. The beds were very comfy. The location was in a pretty village. The Dennington Queen pub was on the doorstep, serving delicious food. Remember to book though as it gets very busy. It was in a perfect location for visiting the coastline of Suffolk. Southwold, Aldeburgh, Dunwich, Minsmere and plenty more places all worth a visit and too far away. Framlingham was the nearest town where there was a Co-op store and a market. Framlingham Castle was also worth a visit.

  A well equipped cottage overlooking the stunning market square in lavenham. This truly felt like a gem and the location is excellent. Everything had recently been redecorated and you can tell, the finish is fantastic. The courtyard is stunning and I can imagine would be a great addition especially in summer months. You are right in the centre of lavenham and can easily get to amenities, pubs etc. Parking was easy and overall it was a pleasure to stay here. Nick was very helpful and responsive too. I would not hesitate to recommend Tailors cottage.
