  We have been visiting North Wales in holiday homes for the past 10 years & this is by far the most outstanding house we have ever stayed in.

  This house has a beautiful homely feel & when you open the door upon arrival it certainly has the WOW FACTOR!! The welcome pack was a lovely idea & full of goodies to share & the locally produced home made ruby grapefruit marmalade was divine & enjoyed by everyone. Every room is spacious & beautifully decorated throughout & there is plenty of seating area for everyone to relax in the evening with their feet up whilst watching movies & enjoying family tme together. The big Farmhouse kitchen is lovely with plenty of room & fully equipped for cooking family meals with the added bonus of a dishwasher & a sepearate utility room for doing the laundry...marvellous!! The bedrooms are all spacious with lots of storage & beautiful comfy king size beds with crisp clean sheets & we all slept really well every night & didn't want to get up in the mornings LOL!! The views are simply amazing & the only thing you can hear in the beautiful gardens is the variety of birds singing...this house is immaculate throughout & absolute PARADISE & we have all been so chilled & relaxed there & even though the weather has been brilliant sunshine all week apart from 1 drizzly day we have only ventured out twice as we enjoyed sitting out in the garden together so much. This has definitely been the best house we have ever stayed in & we will most definitely be booking to return next year.

  A wonderful stay at Min Y Don.

  The house was beautiful and there was all the amenities we needed. The only small negative points were that the sun room door was faulty so we could only open part of it and the access to the property was on a very busy road. But this did not detract from an excellent holiday and the owner popped by to put out bins and was cheerful and helpful. The interior decor it very tastefully done, a big kitchen dining area with an extension on the front with very large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher! A lovely sitting room with 2 x 2 seater sofas and tv, and our favourite the sun room with 2 chairs overlooking the fantastic view of the River Conwy. Upstairs a massive bathroom with walk in spacious shower and claw foot bath! The master bedroom and small single bedroom were at the back overlooking the view and the double twin bedroom at the front. A lovely 3 tiered back garden. The top tier with outside garden furniture on the patio with the fantastic view. Below that another level with a garden bench, then the garden with a shed and beautiful pots and plants. We would recommend this property highly as a great location to visit so many wonderful places in North Wales.

  This is truly a beautiful home.

  The perfect blend of old and modern. Packed with little luxuries - from the rain shower, the fireplace, the full Alexa system or the HUGE Smart TV (with Netflix!) to a very lovely welcome pack - with some Welsh groceries (the best jam!!!) ….everything is so wonderful coordinated with each other.. with the charm of an "old" accommodation, a MORE THAN 200 year old grandfather clock from the family (a real gem) and so much attention to detail. The view from these huge windows is amazing! The real seclusion was another luxury moment for us - QUIET AND PRIVACY are very important to us. However, the beach is within 10 minutes, Conwy Castle within 20 minutes and Lladando Pier around 30 minutes away. In every point I would give 6 out of 5 stars - our only point of criticism: it could have been a little cleaner - but we cleaned for 5 minutes and everything was fine. thank you very much!   Ty Gwyn Cottage was amazing!

  It lost certainly had the wow factor. The large lounge has floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views of the countryside, the log fire made it so cosy and warm. It was so comfortable that it didn't matter that they weather wasn't too good as we were happy to spend time on the property. The kitchen had thatvrral farmhouse kitchen feel about it, with everything you could need to prepare a family meal. I have never slept in a bed more comfortable and had the best night's sleep, then waking up to the stunning view from the master bedroom. I am a real fuss pot when it comes to cleanliness and I can honestly say that Ty Gwyn was spotless plus the towels smelt gorgeous. We loved it so much that we want to return next year. Shon and Beth were really lovely and there was a welcome pack and card waiting for us on our arrival, which was a really lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this property. I would rate it as 5 star.

  Ty Gwyn was even more stunning than the photos do it justice!

  We arrived in a torrential downpour and were soaked to the skin just bringing the bags inside! However on entering this was all forgotton very quickly, the property is beautiful, so welcoming and homely and warm , the fire was roaring a short while later , the generous welcome pack was devoured and I've never known our family settle into a holiday home so quickly! Substantial comfy sofas to sink into and space for everyone to bagsy a top seat! Beds and bed linen good quality, and it makes a real difference! as were all the home furnishings and kitchen equipment. The TV and music facilities were very welcome . I also have to mention the lighting . Thoughtful and well designed - added to a lovely ambience everywhere. As for the picture windows and breath taking views , can't put into words ... we watched torrential downpours , bright blue skies, rainbows, gale force winds and enjoyed it all! Thank you
