  An excellent stay. The property is very comfortable, well equipment and in a perfect location. A few points of note for your forward consideration: 1. The key safe contained two sets of flat keys but only one for the building making it inconvenient at times when our family were out separately at the same time. A second set of main building door keys would be preferable 2. When we arrived the main lobby having come into the building has a strong, distinct smell of cannabis which lasted the first couple of days of our stay. We appreciate that there is a limited amount you can do to stop other property owners using it in their own homes but you might ask your building manager to investigate, particularly if the two properties off of the main entrance are also holiday rentals? Definitely not a complaint on our part however future guests may make a bigger issue of it

  The house was perfect for our 3 generations holiday, downstairs accommodation with ensuite and another family bathroom suited my dad and plenty of rooms with ensuites upstairs for the rest of us. The house was perfect for Christmas lunch with the open plan kitchen diner and snug area. Fully equipped with everything you can need including plenty of crockery and glassware. Thoughtful touches with the lovely welcome parcel and plenty of added extras we'd often have to bring with us. Lovely views of the sea, so close to walk the beach everyday and the Woolacombe Bay Hotel provided a lovely lunch/dinner venue. Beautiful setting and lovely accommodation, thank you!

  We stayed at Heather Lea for our wedding at Tunnels Beaches and we had our Chinese Tea Ceremony at the property. The location is fantastic, it's just a short stroll into Woolacombe, and with a sea view, what more can you ask for? The property is well equipped with all amenities and kitchenware such as a cafetiere, and a whole range of partyware including many glasses. It was very clean and had a nice big space for entertaining. Would 100% recommend! Would love to come back and reminisce on the happy memories we made here. Thank you!

  This is a very clean, modern and well equipped property, spacious and as both bedrooms are on suite and on two separate floors its is ideal for couples and gives you a good degree of privacy, excellent central heating and gas fire and separate heating system for the water so baths and showers can be simultaneous, fantastic 65" TV screen, wide kitchen and great views of the sea. I looked at similar properties on airbnb and the average was charging double the cost of this apartment. Pet friendly, all in all a great find.

  Clean , airly and spacious apartment on three floors . Very well equipped and excellent location right in the heart of Mortehoe. Lovely views. For those with mobility problems bear in mind there a quite a lot of stairs (3 flights) . Also it was great that we could bring our dog, but there is no outside space at all. We took her through the car park onto the National trust land 5 minutes away for her morning requirements. All in all we have a great visit - our seventh time in Mortehoe and the best weather we have had .
