We had an absolutely amazing stay at Lower Marsh Barns.
The building is just stunning and the interior is of a very high spec. Beautifully furnished, comfortable, clean and a pleasure to be inside. The exterior is also well maintained -we came in early December so unfortunately we're not able to make use of the beautiful outdoor space. We would definitely recommend not only Sykes Cottages but also this particular property. We had an issue whilst there- the fuse in the cooker tripped but we could not fault the speed at which this was dealt with. Thank you for.an amazing pre Christmas gathering for 11 good friends

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house for my mums 80th birthday!
The place had everything we needed to cater for all of us and then some. Honestly couldnât fault anything with the accommodations cleanliness, comfort, quality and lay out inside and out! Even appreciated the book for small faults to be fixed for next time (as one of the bathroom doors was loose) and the welcome basket of essentials and treats (as our Tesco delivery didnât arrive). Overall the holiday was perfect we had a really lovely stay with our children and Grandchildren.
The garden was great and safe for the grandchildren to play in. The house itself we could not fault at all. The only issue we had was the rubbish collection as it didn't happen, the bins were full of rubbish from the last people to stay there and we had nowhere to put ours. We ended up taking the overflowing bins out of the black bin shed and putting our bags in there. We did leave a note for the cleaners.

It had everything we needed! The layout was perfect for what we wanted. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this to any large family or group that just want a relaxed weekend away. The only negative was one of the showers was blocked and couldnât use that one shower but didnât ruin our weekend we just used a different one. Would definitely come back x

The property was ideally suited to our 3 generation family holiday. The standard of facilities from beds to kitchen utensils was very high.
