  Sandpiper is luxurious accommodation; beautifully appointed with well proportioned rooms and 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. We chose Sandpiper as it had suitable downstairs accommodation for someone who can’t do stairs. When we arrived it looked stunning with so many homely details. The house has everything you could wish for and some things you didn’t realise you might need! The children loved their own ‘snug’ separate tv room. The kitchen with dining table is huge. We had never booked with Coquet but would not hesitate to recommend their attention to detail. Their website is really informative. The welcome pack on arrival was a delight with a selection of delicious treats and some welcome staples as well. The cottage is picturesque in a good location with a good walk into Seahouses and easy access to the wealth of attractions in the area. We would love to go back – to be honest we would have been happy to stay a lot longer!!

  This was our third visit to this fantastic cottage. As always it was so comfortable, beautifully furnished and a joy to stay in. On this occasion we were with some friends also with two children and what a fantastic stay we all had. The children played happily in the snug whilst we enjoyed a quiet glass of wine by the fire in the lounge. All the bedrooms are so comfortable and spacious and the separate bedroom areas worked really well with our two families. We will definitely visit again as the cottage is so near fantastic beaches, with lots of lovely walks (enjoyed by our dog Molly!) and eating places and also well equipped with games, books, etc. so there is always something to do for all age ranges.

  Sandpiper is a lovely cottage located in a great location in Seahouses. The location was near lots of places to visit such as Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island, Alnwick and Berwick. Everything was so clean and had everything that you needed, we loved the snug and the kitchen was one of the best I have been to! Everything we needed was provided, my thanks go to the owners for providing such a great cottage. The service from Coquet Cottages was excellent, the website was so easy to use. We will be using Coquet again. There was nothing we would like to change at the cottage or the company. I have recommended both to all my friends and family.

  Fantastic property, really clean and beautifully presented everything you could ever need was supplied. Great location for beach and shops. It was our first time visiting this area and we will most definitely be back again. We arrived in the dark on a February evening, the cottage was warm and clean and ready for us to just walk into. Fantastic first impression. The guest information file could not be more comprehensive, everything was to hand. There was something for everyone in the welcome basket, including the dog. A lot of space, plenty of room for us all to be together without being on top of one another.

  My wife and I had a fantastic week at Bay View although the weather was not that good for the first few days.

  The apartment and facilities were amazing with tremendous views accross Budle Bay with Holy Island and Lindisfarne Castle in the distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard with everything supplied that you could possibly need. Very much a home from home. The apartment information package contained everything needed to ensure that all went well and the recommendations of the owners and previous guests were very useful. The Welcome items of drinks and snacks left for us were a very pleasant suprise and were very generous. We highly recommend this holiday property.
