What our customers say about their holidays
Munibah - Verified booking
The location of this cottage is great, and the layout, with all its facilities was as expected from the advert and reviews seen prior to booking.
The property has its own quirks with some modern touches, we loved the wireless speaker lamp! In my view the the owners are very lucky to own such a special house. We enjoyed our stay so Thankyou very much for sharing this Gem with us. The house was tidy and clean although dusty, I had to find a duster and dust around the lounge particularly round the tv area. This may be because it was cleaned after the last guest, but not been used for some days/ weeks. Also my husband walked through a big cobwebs when he first went into the kitchen. When looking for a container with a lid in the kitchen I noticed the kitchen was well equipped and has everything you need. One thing I noticed, which I wasnât pleased about was that a glass butter dish was stored away unwashed, I left this out on the last day to make sure the owners/ cleaners cleaned this. Other than the cobweb/some dust/ dirty butter dish ( bear in mind this didnât impact our stay) our only other complain was that there was no pillow protectors used and our bed had 4 pillows but only two had covers, there were no spare pillow cases in the house, which didnât help either. I was disappointed at this as Iâm a very clean and hygienic person and considering the covid times pillows with no protective covers And Pillow cases isnât good! The mattress in the main bedroom is uncomfortable, springy and the bed creeks a lot! You just need to sit on the bed to hear it creek. also in the other bedrooms the mattresses/ beds are not any better in terms of being more comfy. As this is a holiday let I would recommend the owners invest in some good mattresses, after all a good night sleep is sometimes all that is needed when holidaying away from home.

We could not recommend this property more highly!
What a fabulous holiday home in a great location right by the harbour, less than 5 minutes walk from the High Street and with pubs and restaurants within a minutes walk. We had no problems with parking right outside the house and there are 2 carpark within 30 seconds walk from the house. The house is spotlessly clean and has been furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the lounge area is very comfortable and the games room on the first floor went down very well with our 11 year old and 14 year old giving them plenty to do and their own space. All beds were very comfortable with nice, super clean bedding. Plenty of storage too for clothes and for once a good amount of hangers! Loved the wireless charging bedside lamps in the huge master bedroom! Lovely clean bathroom with a huge walk in shower with plenty of hot water. The house was very warm with a good heating system and a good electric fire in the lounge. The communication from the owners was great both prior to our arrival and whilst we were staying. We appreciated the extra touches like the boxes of tissues, cleaning products in the kitchen, extra loo rolls, board games, videos & tourist info in the lounge side table. Thank you Mark & Nat, we will be back!

Our stay was just lovely, 6 adults and 1 dog, we stayed 2 nights in between xmas and New year.
The lounge was easily big enough for us all to be together, but being over 3 floors also gave us our own space too. The owner had even put a Christmas tree and some decorations up (which was a nice touch we weren't expecting) The bedrooms were really big, especially the top floor and 2 big bathrooms was a bonus. The lounge over looked the sea and had a nice sized balcony. Directly across the road is a nice walking path along the sea front where we could walk our dog. The large decking area at the back was also really handy for the dog. The house is also literally opposite an opening onto the beach. There's a big Asda approx 3 minutes mins away in the car, as well as restaurants/takeaways and a Wetherspoons, so plenty of places to eat in or bring food back. We visited Porthmadog (30mins in car) and Abersoch (12mins in car) and lots of other places to visit near by or on route. We would definitely recommend Min Y Mor to stay in as the location was perfect, beautiful view, plenty of space and it had more than everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were warmly greeted by our lovely hosts Ron and Glen even though it was quite late when we arrived.
They live next door and looked out for us arriving. We were given a tour of the 4 bedroomed property which was very clean, spacious and warm and didn't take us long to settle in. The garden was perfect for our 2 dogs and well secured. Only one improvement I'd recommend is in the single room next to the living room which would probably be better suited with a small double bed as ample room for one. It was the perfect base for us, we walked to the Menai Bridge, visited Bangor Pier and the stunning Aber falls, popped over to Llandwyn in Angelsey and walked to the lighthouse, visited Llandudno's Pier and shopping centre which is huge. The weather on the whole was great. Lots of pubs and restaurants are dog friendly and even bring a bowl of water over for them. We visited the Bridge Inn, Antelope Inn, The Castle, Tap and Spile (but now got a new name) with a chippy attached, the cafe on Bangor Pier and The Skerries. We would highly recommend this lovely house and great for visiting the many nearby attractions. Thank you for having us.

We had a lovely stay here.
There was plenty of space for the four of us and the children loved the games room. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cosy for nights in. Being right by the harbour was the perfect location for crabbing and exploring. The only things we would say could be better were the cleanliness and the parking. It was clean on the surface but there was a used tissue under the bed, old bottles and a dusty sock under the sofas and the blinds in all the windows were filthy. There was also no dustbin or instructions for rubbish or recycling so we ended up with bin bags of rubbish just left in the kitchen which wasn't nice. That's why we only gave a 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. There was also no parking. Maybe it was because it was peak holiday time but every day we had to park a considerable distance from the house and then move the car to the house once all the day trippers had left. There was no parking within a 5 minute walk before about 6:00. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.
