Lovers Lodge is a litte gem. It has been beautifully built with every home comfort included and is maintained to a very high standard. From the reclining sofa, to the luxurious hot tub: from the included dishwasher (no one wants to wash pots on holiday) to the included Sky TV, this place has everything. Then when you factor in the location of the Lodge, in pure rural countryside, you realise just how amazing this place is. The team were brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. They were very knowledgeable and always willing to help. The key moment that confirmed this, was when Andrew told his that he had put lots of films recorded on the SkyHD TV box for people to watch!! You do not get service like this at hotels costing 10x the price and this just shows how far the team go and how highly they regard their guests and their stay.

We booked quite short notice for an Anniversary weekend. It was the best decision, location is absolutely brilliant, incredibly peaceful and beautiful clean accomodation. Owners are absolutely lovely, they introduced us to all the Alpacas and explained so many interesting facts as well as telling us all about thier personalities. It was brilliant to meet them all and spend time watching them Alpacas both while in the feild and from the lodge terrace. I would 100% reccomend! Owners couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating... a really lovely place to stay! Thank you.

Dramatically improved my sleeping, happy about the cleanliness, plus my mind + body was able to relax, meditate + fully recharge my energy levels in the jacuzzi! Also, as a solo female traveller, the owner's very polite + welcoming. I felt safe whilst they were showing me around. "Elan Valley Dams" is a so picturesque! Lovers lodge was perfectly located for us as we love peace, quiet and walking our dogs, the owner was very welcoming and really informative about things to do in the locality, he was very approachable at all times and was very nice to talk to. The hot tub is a perfect add on as at the end of the day of walking it was nice to go back and relax while the dogs played in the secure garden. We thoroughly enjoyed and are looking at going back, if you need a break from work, laptops, phones etc and need a recharge this is the perfect place.
