  Lovely place, perfect for us, location spot on.

  Our arrival had been miss placed, so we had to leave and come back later as we couldn't get in and couldn't reach anyone via phone. Lovely owner apologised. I would suggest that the listing on the website needs updated, as shows a bath in the property. It's been replaced with a walk in shower, which whilst a very good shower, it wasn't ideal for using with my youngest with a disability. Fully enclosed garden area very useful should we return with our dog. 2 resident dogs on the farm gorgeous! No instructions regarding rubbish, or used towels and bedding, so we hope we left everything in an acceptable way. One thing we noted was how concealed the entrance to the farm is, even the 'hay for sale' sign was only visible when 'ontop' of the turning......just a thought if owners wanted to increase visibility for sales. Overall, a lovely property, friendly owners and dogs, property warm and inviting. Thank you, we will return.

  We booked this property as it looked ideal for us to explore the area, it certainly didn't disappoint.

  Quirky with character, all you required to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The layout was well thought out and the property owners who live next door and also run the local convenience store located to the front of their property were always available if needed. On arrival they met us with open arms and by the time we left I felt I had known them for many years having chats in their lovely old shop, they were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We visited a couple of national trusts not that far away plus a bit of sight seeing, weather behaved during the day so we made the most of it. If you are looking for a relaxing break in a sleepy chocolate box village and have no major mobility issues I suggest give this place a try, you will love it. Hope to return at some point in the future..

  Great house with more space than you could need, lovely big rooms, well equipped kitchen, clean and in good order throughout.

  Comfy bed ,plenty of storage and amazingly quiet through the night. Slept like logs. Spacious, homely lounge with Freesat TV , DVDs etc. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Large enclosed lawned garden, safe for dogs, barbecue and picnic table adjacent. Great location, with farmland & woodland walks from the doorstep, Stokesay Castle 30 minute walk...Craven Arms rail station 2 miles. Ironbridge / Bridgnorth 30 min drive. Ludlow 10 min. Nice pub, Appletree at Onibury a walkable distance. Craven arms a 2 minute drive away, for great Fish & chips, Indian or Chinese takeaway, Tuffins supermarket excellent place. Friendly and welcoming owners nearby. Would love to return in the future, no problem.

  The hosts are very nice people.

  The property is very spacious and cool ( we stayed during the first hot month of June '23) Parking is also very good and the location was perfect for our requirements. The road is busy at times, but the property is set well back and the noise was very acceptable. There is a railway line around 3/4 mile away (not at all intrusive) which I found great as I am a railway enthusiast. There is a large kitchen with very good facilities, the bathroom only had a (large ) shower (I always prefer a shower) so some may feel restricted. The Water is soft water (certainly softer than Cambridgeshire), and a pleasure to wash with. A very nice place to stay!!

  We had a lovely stay.

  The owner was really welcoming and had left a nice welcome pack. The bungalow was peaceful and very comfortable. For a short break we didn't miss having wifi but because our EE smart phone also did not have a signal, we will find out what network does have signal in the area and get a different simm card to run our phones should we book a longer stay. There was a great farm shop just 2 miles away. We enjoyed trips to Leominster and Ludlow, both 6 miles away. The location and setting are first class. We will recommend it to friends and we hope to come back.
