We arrived at the Coastal View & the first thing you see is the amazing view. The cottage was very clean, there was milk, eggs, flowers & dog treats left for us. Sarah came & greeted us & was very welcoming. There was everything you needed there, kitchen was very well equipped. The WiFi signal was better than ours at home. We had to use the car to go out as there is a very steep hill down to the pub, shop & beach as husbands breathing is not good but didn't bother us. Lovely walks for the fit & healthy. All the pubs are dog friendly as it's an ideal place for a dog holiday. We lost our dog three months ago & he would have loved it here.

It really is the most peaceful and beautiful location and the apartment is spotlessly clean and everything is of a excellent quality and very comfortable. For any guest like us who like to cook their own meals they should be aware that there is no Hob so you need to plan meals that can be prepared using the Oven/Grill/Microwave cooker provided. The one thing I will mention is the access stairs are fairly steep and has no windows so in my opinion the lighting does need to be significantly improved but this did not detract from us having a fabulous holiday with perfect weather.

Drysgol was a lovely, peaceful place to stay.
We particularly liked the view over the lake (visible from both the living room and the bedroom), and one evening we also had a spectacular view of the stars. We had not used a combination oven before and would have preferred a hotplate for some of our cooking. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. They responded very quickly when we needed help with something in the apartment.

A ‘Home from home’ experience, Coastal View has everything you need with lovely furnishings throughout. On arrival we had fresh flowers, eggs and scrumptious homemade Welsh cakes and even treats for our dog. The view is great looking out at the sheep and their lambs with a good walk down to the coastal path and so near to Oxwich beach too. We didn’t want to leave!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The view was fantastic and the cottage was warm and comfortable and extremely well equipped. The owners went out of their way to welcome us by leaving home made cake,fresh flowers, fresh eggs and milk for us to discover. We had a great stay.
