We enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was very peaceful and the cottage had everything we needed. Sutton on Sea was just a few minutes drive away with nice coastal walks and lovely sandy beaches. The site itself had a lake which was nice to walk round with the dog, and the trees provided much needed shade from the recent hot weather. Thank you.

Ideal location to Sutton on Sea about 4 minutes in a car, 30 minute walk and about 11 minutes to Mablethorpe. It is close to a road but it isn’t busy at night and we couldn’t hear it. We did have a lot of flies and you may need a fan in summer as very warm and with the flies it was difficult to put up with them with the doors open. The situation is lovely as you can walk around the pond 400 m away and there are a couple of benches in very pleasant surroundings! There’s an under the counter fridge and a separate freezer. Full size dishwasher, ironing board, iron, cooker and washing machine. Two separate comfortable chairs and very good internet connection.Very comfortable bed and some supplies to get you started. Very pleasant stay.
