Please note: There are 2 steps in the courtyard.. Otters is a terraced house located in the heart of Wroxham, which is known as the ’Capital of the Broads’. The property is situated next to the famous Wroxham Bridge and is an upside down house which has been furnished to provide excellent holiday accommodation for any time of year. This is a perfect location for exploring The Broads, with day boat and canoe hire close by, and is within easy walking distance to a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. Or simply just sit and watch the boating activity go by. For children, Bewilderwood at Horning is an outdoor adventure park with zip wires and jungle bridges, and is a truly memorable day out. Wroxham Barns and craft centre is just short drive away or head to the lovely sandy beaches on offer in the area. Visit Cromer, with its traditional seaside pier, or Happisburgh, with its iconic red and white lighthouse and to see the grey seals. The best beach is Horsey Beach where, during the winter months, hundreds of seal pups can be seen. There are National Trust properties in the region, including Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Gardens, Sheringham Park and Horsey Wind Pump. Spend a day in the fine city of Norwich, 8 miles away, with its cathedrals, museums, theatres and array of excellent shops and cafes, Cycling, canoeing, fishing, walking and golf are all available locally. Beach 12 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

We loved Otters. Beds super comfortable, lots of space and really homely. Showers were adequate. My daughter had the top floor and felt very comfortable. The courtyard garden was a lovely suntrap, perfect for a glass of fizz in the sunshine 🌞. Looking forward to booking again. Was thinking of a winter break as the living room was so cosy and the sofa and chairs were really comfortable.

On arrival we know the area so knew where we was going. On entrance to the property we where instantly disappointed. With the cleanliness. Needed to hover down stairs as our grandson was due to arrive the next day with family. He is only 2 so picks things up. Moved a single bed to put against the walls. There was sticky sweets and rubbish under all beds. On going up stairs to lounge and kitchen. There was crisps and crumbs on floor and under furniture. So hovered. Black cob weds hung from all the shades and ceiling. Kitchen floor was sticky and washed twice water black. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. Curtains lost hooks hanging loose also brown stains on them. This is our worst place with had through you. Would have complained but it was late and the only number we had was cleaning contractors and as they left like this no point because there's clean and clean. The otters is dated but if cleaned properly would be nice. Skirtings need a good clean too. Great location.

The house is very well located close to Wroxham bridge and marina.It was clean and bright and well furnished and equipped.Only small complaint was that there was no hairdryer and because the weather was so hot we could have done with a second fan for the top floor bedroom which got very warm.Otherwise very enjoyable stay in a lovely place.
