Situated on the doorstep to the beach, it is ideally located to explore the beautiful area of Carmarthenshire. This first floor apartment offers guests an excellent level of comfort and has been finished to a lovely standard with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space complete with patio doors leading out onto the balcony. All bedding is feather, which further adds to the comfort of this property. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee and take in those picturesque views over the Millennium Footpath, Llanelli Beach and Carmarthen Bay. The Millennium Coastal Path runs past your door and onto the harbour town of Burry Port and Pembrey, and can be explored by foot or bicycle (hire available locally). It offers 13 miles of sublime coastline with an array of wildlife habitats, activities and picture post card views, wonderful for exploring with your family.
At the heart of the Millennium Coastal Park stands the iconic Discovery Centre perched overlooking Llanelli Beach offering panoramic views over the Loughor Estuary, Worm’s Head and the Gower Peninsular. Here you can find out all about the vast array of leisure activities available throughout Carmarthenshire. For keen golfers, the Machynys Peninsula Golf Club and Spa, a Jack Nicklaus designed course, is only 300 yards away with fantastic dining available overlooking the greens. Take a trip to the National Wetland Centre Wales, where you can hand feed the rarest geese in the world, spot some colourful flamingos or enjoy bird watching from one of the many hives. On an evening, take a walk to the local restaurants specialising in local produce - great for celebrating that special occasion. Beach 10 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

As such, we expect there to be scaffolding and exterior netting which will obstruct the usual views in their entirety. The balcony will not be accessible for the duration of your stay, and some building contractor noise should reasonably be expected during core working hours.

A very well appointed, comfortable apartment with fantastic views over the estuary to the Gower. Well situated for getting to our walks on the Gower but also for Swansea and south west Wales generally.

2nd time staying at Gower Sunset Views and can't wait to return. Mel (the owner) phoned a couple of days before which was appreciated, the welcome pack was lovely - we did not have to go out straight away to shop as had the basics provided. We could travel light as bedding and towels are provided plus there is a washing machine - a must for us when travelling with children. Explored the surroundings area in the glorious sunshine. Was more than happy to sit of an evening watching the sunset.The apartment block is very quiet and we liked the fact you have your own parking space (plus visitor badge if needed).

Beautiful view. Comfortable beds. Comfortable living area. Can see the view from the sofa! Lovely to sit in the window at the table & watch the world go by of a morning & the sun setting over the bay of an evening. Good that it has it's own parking bay. Close to the main shops, a short drive & within walking distance to the Co-Op. Owner left eggs, bread & butter which was great. The bunch of daffs was lovely too. We would stay again if we came back to this area. Would definitely recommend.
