We had the most perfect week in this gorgeous house. Not only is it beautifully furnished but it had all the modern utilities and utensils you could possibly need. The stunning wall of glass in the open plan area and the glass ceiling in the hallway bring in so much wonderful light. Itâs really unusual to find a rental property to this high specification.The owners, Caroline and Chris, left a welcome package including bread, butter, marmalade, biscuits, milk and cake so we had extra treats for the week.The place is located down a quiet lane so it was very peaceful with our favourite walks to Burnham Overy Staithe Beach, Wells and Brancaster Staithe on the doorstep. You can do these and then get the bus back as it is very reliable.Once back we enjoyed catching up on films with their smart tv and very good Wi-Fi signal.We will definitely come back.

This house is fabulous. Not only is it spotlessley clean and comfortable... a real home from home, but it is superbly located for so many activities. We cycled from the house along the coast to coast trail, and around the tin mines " Great Flat Lode trail", we walked to the beach ( I even body boarded and the water was so warm), the lifeguards are friendly too, important if are a novice ! The harbour is just outside the house. We visited National Trust properties and also went on a boat trip as the whole area is very accessible. An ace holiday. Great for couples and familes alike. The garage is useful for storing bikes, the open plan downstairs makes for cosy evenings in. The local fish and chips are very tasty. Highly recommend, for great Seaside Stories.

Equally attractive externally with a choice of garden furniture and the interest of birds visiting the feeder. Caroline and Chris are sociable and unobtrusive hosts. Lovely holiday home, perfect for two sharing. the location is superb, within 400m of a great pub (the Hero) and within 0.5km of Burnham harbour and then some lovely walks along the sea wall out to the coast. Everything about The Seas Annex was exactly what we needed, it was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings and it was just a really nice space to spend a week. its in a great location on the N Norfolk Coast, making it easy to access some wonderful places to visit. The hosts are great - they made us very welcome as we arrived and provided a lovely welcome package for us. When we come back to Norfolk we will be trying to stay at The Seas Annex again
