Stunningly restored chapel building in secluded area that is nevertheless within easy reach of North Elmham village with pubs, shop etc. It was perfect for our party of nine older adults celebrating a big birthday. The property is very comfortable and is decorated and furnished to the highest standard. Also a lovely private garden with sofas, dining table and chairs and fish pond, which we unfortunately hardly got chance to use because it rained almost all the weekend. But plenty of indoor areas too: conservatory that caught the sun, cosy downstairs lounge and huge upstairs area with table tennis, pool and golf plus enormous sofas to sink into. The owners were friendly and helpful and we all had a marvellous time. We would definitely recommend it.

I really cannot express how nice this place is. I feel like I have found a true hidden gem of a place to stay. The cottage is extremely well equipped, spacious and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. Don't let the views of barns in the background put you off from going here as it is absolutely fantastic. The owner is super nice and helpful and good to chat with. It is so quiet there that if a mouse dropped a pin on the floor it would sound like a bombs gone off! Loddon and the surrounding area is very pretty with a good array of shops and services within a very short drive. There are walks and cycle paths in the area and again it is super peaceful. A true 11 out of 10!

Well what an amazing place! Thank you for letting us use your home for a family get together over Christmas (and the decorations as well). It was perfect, from the acoustics upstairs for the musicians, the pool table, table tennis table and golf driving station to the cosy snug TV room and they all got used thoroughly during our stay. We all loved the place and the dogs loved going for walks in the wood on the doorstep. Itâs a great option when trying to accommodate multiple families and generations. Thanks again!

Great accommodation, well appointed, very clean with fantastic fixtures and fittings and great to be annexed to the owner's home.
Nice quiet location but centrally placed with good access to visitor attractions. I would comment that the description of 'enclosed garden' is somewhat misleading in regards to being dog friendly. Yes an enclosed area, but basically a paved patio area, rather than a garden that your pooch can run about in. Also if you want to make home cooked meals the cookware is a bit limited in terms of no microwave specific cookware and no non stick cooking pans. Having said that overall a great property!
