  This is by far the best property we’ve stayed in for our dog.

  We were so impressed at how much space there was. This property is all enclosed so can let the dog off the lead. We had a wonderful time. Loved sitting in the garden letting the dog and our little girl play. The views are amazing so relaxing and tranquil. The finer details with this property is just on another level. There was milk in the fridge, a little hamper of food such as eggs and cereals. There was a high chair for our daughter and also a carry cot so we didn’t need to bring ours. Everything we needed was right there, even board games which came in handy when it started to rain. The property is situated close to the nearest town which you could walk to but we drove. We visited the monkey forest as well which was about 15 minutes away, worth a visit. I honestly can’t fault it just wish we had booked for longer. We will definitely look at booking again in the near future. Loved everything about our holiday so thank you very much.

  A lovely, clean, well equipped cottage with treats for us and for our dog on arrival.

  Our hosts were helpful with recommendations of where to go, good food, and dog walks. They were lovely with our dog (even when he made a break for their kitchen!) The cottage was spotless, it was well decorated, comfortable, and the bed was lovely. The hosts couldn't have done enough to make our stay a lovely one. All I would say (which was not their fault) is our sausage dog managed to jump through the fence slats of the back garden, we popped some washing line across the slat he got through and no problem from there, but just a heads up if you have an adventurous pup or a sausage dog like we do! I would fully recommend this stay, it was just what we needed.

  So impressive when we drove up the drive and saw the amazing looking cottage.

  On entering the property, the wow factor continued. Everywhere was spotless and the welcome pack was just fantastic. Had everything we needed to start our week off. (Even down to extra treats, bowls etc. for doggie) Our little dog loved exploring in the large and very safe garden. Loved the jacuzzi! As weather wasn’t the best, it was lovely to light the log fire and cosy down in the evening after a busy day sightseeing. The owner came over to welcome us and offer us any information we might need. Couldn’t fault this property at all and can’t wait to return.

  We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a lovely time at the cottage - it was cute and cozy and like a home from home.

  The bed was a little firm for me - perhaps a topper might be an option? And the only thing I found that we’d like was an ice cube tray so we could add ice to our drinks. Everything else that we needed was there. Rachael and Paul were lovely and very welcoming and even kept an ear out for our pup when we popped out for dinner one evening which was very reassuring. The welcome fizz and cakes was a lovely touch. We were also offered some rhubarb out of the garden to take home so we’ll be rustling up a crumble with that! Thank you for a lovely stay!

  This was our first glamping experience and it didn’t disappoint. This hidden gem provided a comfortable and memorable stay in the heart of the countryside. It was a romantic and idyllic little getaway. The hosts provided everything you need and little added extras didn’t go unnoticed. The sounds of nature and water was relaxing and a welcome break from our busy schedules. The hot tub was such a toasty little treat out on the decking lit by the moonlight. If you’re looking for something beautiful you need to stay here!
