The Cottage was a perfect place to stay to celebrate my wifeâs 60th birthday. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The welcome pack and a large carton of milk were a nice touch. Family and friends joined us for our stay and were really impressed with the property. The owners have thought of everything to make sure their visitors have a wonderful stay. The cottage is really well located under an archway just off the quayside and is close to shops, cafes and pubs. I was worried parking would be an issue but we parked at Stearmanâs Yard long stay car park just 5 mins walk away at a cost of £8.50 for 24 hours. You can get a weekly ticket if staying longer. I would highly recommend this cottage in the beautiful town of Wells-Next-The-Sea.

Weâve had a lovely time at Baltic- possibly one of the nicest holiday rentals weâve ever found. The gardens are fantastic for our small terriers, easy to clear up after them and bonus of no mud! They loved their nights in the cosy and warm utility room. Weâve walked the fabulous beaches at Old Hunstanton, Holkham, Wells and Brancaster and enjoyed the autumn sunshine. Wells is a lovely little town for a potter around.Would suggest a second chopping board and an inside front door mat otherwise the house has absolutely everything provided.A second chopping board is now available in the property. Unfortunately, an inside front door mat can be found to the side of the door.

Highlight for us was the Time Horizon, Antony Gormley exhibition at Houghton Hall - hadn't appreciated that it would be so close. Of course, we did the Wells - Holkham loop, and revisited our favourite beach at Brancaster. We will be back.
