  Totally perfect in every way.

  Sea Snug is an amazing holiday flat with the best views. To the front is the Sea and to the rear the railway (a dream place for beach and train fans). Lovely to hear the sea when you wake up and the amazing sunrises (and dolphins). You can hardly hear the trains but brilliant view of them. Comfortable and warm cottage, very clean and everything you need. Ange, the owner, has made the place brilliant, and is on hand if needed. The welcome pack was lovely too. Great walks and not far to other super places. Nice village with lovely little shop, and a great Fish and Chip place in Berwick. Enjoyed morning and evening beach walks. Very quiet with just walkers passing by on the lovely prom. Not sure if the prom shops open later in the year, but there was ice cream and chips one evening down there. Will deffo go back there again.

  Fabulous accommodation .

  It’s like living on the beach for a week -the panoramic picture window in the living room onto the seafront is amazing . This first floor flat is beautifully decorated with a nautical theme running effortlessly from room to room . The front bedroom is very calming allowing you to drift off to sleep with the gentle sound of the sea with thick curtains allowing a holiday lie in !The kitchen was very well equipped with all utensils provided to cook . A wonderful base to explore the beautiful Northumbria coast line ( the Coastal path passes right out side the door ) , historical Berwick upon Tweed and a easy train trip to both Edinburgh and Newcastle . Thanks to Angie for the fabulous welcome hamper and the lemon drizzle cake . Sea Snug provided us with a perfect holiday .

  Despite the lesser spotted sun, we have all enjoyed a family holiday in this lovely villa with such stunning views. Our 18-month old and 4 year old have loved watching the birds, boats, horses and train-spotting as well as treasure hunting and paddling at the beach. We’ve had a great time visiting Warkworth Castle, Alnwick Gardens (brilliant fun in the water features!), Lilidorei, Northumberland Zoo and White House Farm in Morpeth, with a fabulous potting barn, bird show, handling sessions, soft play and so much more. Our favourite meal was at The Whittling House in Alnmouth. Thank you for such a well presented and equipped villa with comfortable beds and immaculately clean. We really hope to return.

  Our Wonderful Stay at Sea Snug in Spittal, Northumberland We had an unforgettable holiday in this charming nautical-themed apartment.

  The decor truly made us feel like we were aboard a cozy seaside retreat. The spectacular sea views were the highlight of our stay, offering breathtaking sunrises and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee while gazing out at the ever-changing seascape, and in the evenings, we took leisurely strolls along the promenade, soaking in the serene atmosphere. The apartment was not only beautifully decorated but also well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Thank you Angela for providing such a wonderful place to create lasting memories.   Nothing short of superb!

  !! loved the fact that you wake up in the morning and look out the window and see the sea weather it’s calm or rolling waves just beautiful, and falling asleep at night to the sound of the waves was magical have not slept so well in years, the property itself was very well maintained had everything we needed and a sea theme carried throughout , on top of all this a welcoming basket was left for our arrival such a kind and thoughtful gesture will definitely come back to the sea snug thank you Angela for everything we had a truly wonderful relaxing time only one complaint we didn’t book it for long enough lol
