  I would not recommend anyone stays at the ground floor flat. The outside is filthy and cannot be used as there is dirt, feathers, plastic bottle tops etc matted into the plastic astroturf. There is also a large black area under an external pipe. The iron is unsafe as part of the cable has been wrapped in sellotape which resulted in an electrical incident which blew several sockets in the flat as a result of a nasty electrical discharge which could have resulted in being electrocuted. The owner did not see fit to apologise for the incident and became very rude when I asked for a discount to acknowledge the incident. Three places in the flat are marked with paint. The lino in the bathroom is marked in several places with white spots. The downstairs area is so dark the electric lights need to be switched on even on a bright sunny day. Its akin to staying in a basement. There is not additional blankets if its cold at night and, the duvet is exceptionally thin. Overall the flat is of a poor standard and does not represent value for money. It is also potentially unsafe due to a lack of maintenance of an electrical appliance.

  Very well equipped ground floor flat (a few steps up from the pavement). The property is just a small and very quiet road across from the beach, with steps down to reach miles of golden sandy beaches. There are three islands directly opposite/near the flat - one is Caldey Island -- you can visit the monastery there and look round the island by boat from Tenby. Stunning views. You can park on The Paragon, which is the quiet road the flat is on. The road is mostly used by people going to the beach. The flat has secondary glazing, so you don't hear much of what's going on outside. Comfortable extra large double bed in a very spacious bedroom. Also a twin room, which has less room, but which was fine. Small balcony outside the twin room. The area is stunning and Tenby is a busy little place, with a good variety of shops (Tesco Extra, Sainsburys, WH Smith, Boots and lots of independent shops). Short walk to the shops - maybe 3 minutes. Recommend this comfortable, spacious flat, which was immaculately clean. Thanks for a great holiday.

  A very clean, comfy, holiday let.

  Only a couple of minor niggles, - 1) There is just a single induction hob ( makes mealtimes a bit of a brain-teaser ), - 2) No room to hang clothes (in spite of the clever rail in the bedroom), so you are living out of your suitcase for your stay. Both are due to the last of space I understand. You've no doubt had other adverse comments about the "posh" taps, which won't allow you to get hot water without splashing everything in the area. So you are constantly mopping-up and drying off worktops etc. The last niggle is the (very comfy) bed. I rolled out a number of times, due to the edges of the mattress having lost any support now. We tried changing sides but no different. The middle of the bed is higher than the sides, which is exaggerated when you get into bed. I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm having a "go", I'm not. We enjoyed our stay, - it's a really cosy place to come back to, in a great location. I would be happy to stay there again, 100%.   The reason for the low Equipment and Comfort/Quality is that our overall feeling is that although the property has a great location, it suffers from a general feeling of being tired, e.g. the two sofas have definitely seen better days, with tears or scratches on the 3 seater and feeling the metal frame when you sit down. We had distrubed nights sleep due to the motion sensitive lights recently installed in the bedroom passage. In my opionion, too many lights, too bright and too sensitive(they even seem to be activated by motion on the stairs). The front bedroom didnt have any way to keep the sash window open to get fresh air into it. My feeling is that the oven temperature control is broken. I cooked an indian ready meal at the lower of the recommended temperatures which should have taken 25 minutes. I checked it after 13 minutes and discovered that the plastic trays containing the meal were melting! A great location, but not the quality we would have expected given the price.

  Amazing apartment, fantastic sea views from all windows which are large, spacious airy rooms, spotlessly clean, excellent quality equipment and furnishings, lots of little extras for comfort like a fan in each bedroom, small radio, lots of books, games and dvds in the lounge, large tv with lots of channels provided, very comfy beds and sofas, apartment very close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, beaches, all around a 20 min walk and one of our party is less able but still managed to walk to everything and back. Definately one of THE best if not the best holiday property we have stayed in and Tenby is just beautiful and, for dog owners which we are, VERY dog friendly.
