  We spent a week here in mid May. We had a fantastic break here. The accommodation is nice. The view from the balcony is ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING and is worth choosing this cottage for this alone. The truly outstanding beach is on your doorstep (literally!). The pool looks lovely, but we didn't get around to using it (maybe next time). The only thing that would stop us from giving this a ten out of ten is down to some small niggles, that could easily be ironed out. Those being - the lack of towels (only 2 provided). We asked for more and after being made to feel very 'odd' for wanting more than one each, we were told that more towels would be dropped off in the middle of our stay. They never arrived. :-( We survived :-) - A little table on/for the balcony would have been nice. - The fridge wasn't very clean when we arrived. No biggie - we cleaned it, but we both expected better. Overall, this place is great. We would definitely return. 9/10

  Beautiful views from sunrise to stunning sunsets from the balcony. A vast amount of crockery and cutlery in the apartment. Lovely comfy king size bed. Only negative was the swimming pool usage....it was locked, unless someone was already in there, when I asked where the key was, the explanation given didn't really help - we never found the key, so our access to the pool was somewhat limited, which was our only disappointment. Location of the apartment was good for visiting the local area, but very narrow roads with necessary passing places to access the property. The apartment isn't suitable for the infirm in my opinion.

  Incredible view from the balcony which provided an ever changing view of the lovely beach at Putsborough. The flat was clean and very comfortable for our party of six including two growing teenagers. Well situated for beach activities and especially surfing though the road down is steep for any with mobility problems and access by car to drop off not really possible due to the high cost of the car park at the bottom and no turning space to return without parking. Facilities within the flat and the welcome pack were much appreciated by us all. A wonderful weeks holiday.

  We had a fantastic Easter weekend in Flat 31 Clifton Court. The apartment itself has all you need for a lovely stay, including a number of extra touches that really showed attention to detail / going the extra mile (e.g. cling wrap, cleaning products, beach toys that our boys were thrilled to borrow for the stay, welcoming ginger biscuits). The views are amazing and we had a great time on the beautiful Putsborough beach and in the handy indoor pool. All in all highly recommended!

  The cottage is right in the centre of the village with in walking distances to the Pubs and Restaurants (the prices for food and drinks are really expensive). The cottage was very clean and tidy. The upstairs Bedroom is not ensuite, you have to cross a well in the top of the stairs to the bathroom. The rest of the cottage is as shown in the photographs. We enjoyed our stay, the only downside is No parking, you can park in side streets or £15 per day in the main car park.
