The master bedroom I don’t think I will ever sleep in one better! Love all the art work but did fall in love with the hare! This house is beautifully situated for exploring this lovely part of Norfolk whilst also providing a beautiful garden when sitting and doing nothing is the preferred activity. the things we have enjoyed area walk to Wells beach then on to Holkham Hall and back through the estate to Wells. A coffee in Stiffkey stores. using the coast hopper bus to explore - and avoid having to negotiate the traffic in bottlenecks of Stiffkey and Cley. Literally let the bus take the strain! Also - a walk along the coast path to Wareham for lunch. Also recommend going to watch the fishermen unload their catches at high tide.

We had a lovely stay at Orchard Cottage over New Year. We were a party of 8 with 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs and all loved it. Itâs not ultra-modern but has such a lovely cosy and homely feel that we all felt settled and relaxed pretty much straight away. One big plus is that there are two living rooms and one quickly became the "kids den" for them to watch movies and play video games. Itâs a lovely family home and in a great location. Itâs just a few minutes walk into Wells and a few mins to a good pub (Bowling Green Inn) and a Co-op too. We loved it and would be very happy to return.

The Cattle Shed was perfect for our 3 generation family to stay in, together with our 2 dogs. There were lots of different areas to sit in or eat, so we could all be together or split into groups. The location was lovely and a great base, set between the villages of Binham and Wighton, both with their respective pubs and The Parlour for daytime meals and cheese, milk and ice cream. There was so much to do locally, but would recommend renting a beach hut, Holkham Hall, Seal Trip from Blakeney and fish and chips from French's on Wells' harbour front.
