Such a beautifully designed and furnished house, tucked away in a quiet corner at the end of the Close. It was absolutely ideal for our group of 8 friends and family as we gathered to celebrate a 70th birthday. Everything was so clean, fresh, warm and welcoming on our arrival. The bedrooms have a luxurious feel with good quality bedding, towels and robes. One of the group is a wheelchair-user so the downstairs bedroom was ideal (although the shower room isnât wheelchair accessible and you will need a degree of independent mobility to use it). The open plan lounge area is large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and the separate lounge with log burner is a lovely cosy alternative. The kitchen is well-equipped but, because we were there for the week, we could have done with a casserole dish so you might want to take your own if you want to leave something slow-cooking whilst youâre out and about. All-in-all we had a fabulous week in a fabulous house. Thank you!

We had the best nights sleep on thoses beds! The kitchen is to die for loved the copper sink! The shower I didn’t want to get out of! The concrete floor wow! The master bedroom I don’t think I will ever sleep in one better! Love all the art work but did fall in love with the hare! Oh wow the files with all in info you could ever need on where to go and maps of how to get there some one has spent a lot of time doing that which was amazing to have. Woodford is a gem of a holiday home and at a great location. It is set up for a large family with a self contained section if required upstairs. We needed a dog safe garden and this was superb including slide, swing and climbing frame for kids! The community areas are very comfortable and the dining/ kitchen area made for fun times for eating and board and card games. Very convenient location to the many excellency places to visit e.g. Holkam Hall, Burnham Market, Titchwell RSPB Marches and Conservation area etc. We will certainly book again and recommend.

The Cattle Shed was perfect for our 3 generation family to stay in, together with our 2 dogs. There were lots of different areas to sit in or eat, so we could all be together or split into groups. The location was lovely and a great base, set between the villages of Binham and Wighton, both with their respective pubs and The Parlour for daytime meals and cheese, milk and ice cream. There was so much to do locally, but would recommend renting a beach hut, Holkham Hall, Seal Trip from Blakeney and fish and chips from French's on Wells' harbour front.
