  I cannot rate this property highly enough. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival and the rooms were all large and roomy with really comfortable beds. Beautiful Egyptian cotton bedding and both bathrooms were bright, surgically clean with large soft white towels for our use. The kitchen is well stocked as were the board games that were all in perfect condition (a rarity in itself!). The owner has thoughtfully supplied a cordless vacuum in the lobby which we used daily to prevent the sand from going into the rooms. The beach was empty and our dogs had the best time! We even spotted a seal! Lovely restaurants within 30-50 mins drive too. We couldn’t wish for more. We will definitely be returning!

  Lovely bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac near the beach and very close to a good pub and walkable to local amenities.

  The welcome pack was much appreciated particularly the treats for the dog. Living area very comfortable although the tv is in a strange location. We liked the extra loose chairs when an alternative to a sofa is preferred. Bedrooms both comfortable and plenty of towels provided. Again the bedroom tv was strangely located not facing the bed. The toilets and bathrooms were very clean and modern. We did have to buy a few tea towels as these were not available and a pint glass or two and some larger mugs wouldn't go amiss. The garden is perfect with attractive raised beds, complete privacy and totally secure for dogs. Overall a fantastic property in a great location.

  Very informative. Excellent detail of the property and surrounding areas. Easy to navigate through to the booking process. The Den was exactly how the details described. Very spacious. The Den contains everything that's needed to enjoy the self-catering experience. The area where the property is situated is a jewel! The Den is fenced securely for the dogs to enjoy the outside garden. Great area for country walks, or walking on the beach. The nearest shop is the post office which is a good 2 miles away, so it's worth stocking up on daily essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday experience at the Den, and booked again for next year.

  What a wonderful family holiday we have had at The Den. A lovely, comfortable, well-equipped holiday home in a perfect location. We have had the best weather with the sun every day! We have spent time on the beach, swimming in the sea, spotting seals and have also been out and about seeing the sights... Cromer, Horsey Windpump, Amazona Zoo, Felbrigg, Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Wroxham, Fairhaven Water Garderns, but our favourite was Sheringham - definitely worth a visit. Thank you so much for sharing this gem of a spot with us, making us slow down and forget about work and school for a while... we even finished a jigsaw. Many thanks.
