  Firstly thank you for providing all accurate information.

  One thing I think that would benefit your future clients is if people realise how close the proximity to the beach really is! It's brilliant, it's just straight up the hill around the corner and down the lane. I couldn't really tell how close even on Google maps and I couldn't understand what East Fleet and West Fleet was until we got to the beach and could understand that Chesil was directly across the stretch of water. Our pup absolutely enjoyed it all as much as we did. We brought his crate with us so he could sleep in it at night as he normally does. The garden was a fabulous bonus, I can't tell you how many properties we looked at that didn't have a stretch of garden or grass. Your cottage ticked everything we needed and the garden was an essential. The bed was super comfy, bathroom was spot on. We didn't intend on staying in for dinners and took some of your recommendations for eating out with the dog being allowed too. Thank you and we would love to return.   We had a great holiday at Bramshurst, a very modern and warm property in lovely grounds.

  Also the location is excellent for touring the area, and the village itself very pretty and convenient for both Dorchester and Weymouth. We were at first a little taken aback by the 'minimalist' nature of the accommodation, e.g. we are used to finding local books and magazines, DVDs and more info on local attractions in a cottage (families might also expect some toys or board games). That wasn't important to us, but we would have appreciated a broom, mop etc and a few cleaning supplies, and especially more crockery as the provision of just four mugs, plates etc means a lot of washing up or running the dishwasher! Finally we felt that the property handbook needed to be more detailed - for example an explanation of the Velux windows which opened automatically (and loudly!) without warning.

  Stayed recently and had a great time, the house is very big with all amenities, so lots of room to move about and have time out if needed.

  Yes the toilet/ bathroom/ shower room are on a different floor to the bedrooms but this did not hinder us even though we were a party of 7. All bedrooms are very spacey including the 2 x single rooms, and plenty of room. I spoke with the owner and she is very helpful and happy to assist in anyway. Regarding the parking, yes it is tight and we had 2 x large cars but I went and spoke with the neighbour and explained that one of them was over the parking line but was not in anyway obstructing, he was happy and let us park same way each day. Could not fault anything really as it would be smalll things that did not really matter or outside of the control of the owner, plus anything that was needed I just spoke with the owner and was sorted extremely quickly.

  This was a nice modern house it was an mezzanine style house with curtains to cover the balcony.

  The house had lots of amenities, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, small washing line and BBQ! We also had a mini welcome pack which was really helpful (a few dishwasher tablets, cloths, bin bags, washing up liquid, hand soap and a pint of milk in the fridge, plus even doggie biscuits and dog bags.) It was a nice touch and much appreciated! I would say if you were planning on eating in most nights there is no cupboard space to put the food, we used the worktops but ate out nearly every night so it wasn't a problem. The double bed in the upstairs bedroom was quite small (width wise), however there was also a fan which kept us cool. Overall a very enjoyable week, great location not to far from anything, peaceful too, plus off road parking.

  From start to finish the information and ease of booking through the website was without fault. Communication was excellent, plenty of emails and messages as the holiday got closer with relevant and detailed information provided. The property was excellent, clean, well equipped and the decor was well thought out. We were very fortunate with parking outside the cottage and the car did not move till we left. Thanks to honest info sharing from the get go we knew parking may have been slightly away from the property. This is well documented so shouldn't come as a surprise. Welcome pack provided by the owners include a reliable taxi driver called Gin who was very reliable and friendly. Great week, look forward to next year.
