  We had a nice stay at Conwy.

  The property is in an ideal location to access the lovely town. Property was clean, tidy and well stocked with basic bits tea, coffee, soap, cleaning supplies, etc which was very handy. Beds were comfortable. The dog hamper was a good addition, especially the blankets. The downside was unfortunately the property needs some maintenance; the walls badly need repainting throughout, it makes the cottage look unnecessarily scruffy. Updating the decor as well will make this cottage so much nicer. The bathroom also needs looking at, drain likely blocked, water gathers at your feet so can't be in there more than 5 mins or water will overflow through to the bathroom floor. Also, looks like mould behind the toilet so that needs seeing to. Second bedroom is an afterthought. No storage, luckily the main bedroom has very large wardrobe. Works next door did partially affect stay. I have a small car so was able to park just in front of the door but it is squeeze to avoid skip, work van and neighbour's car. There is noise throughout the day from 8am. Had to park at adjacent car park one afternoon as builders merchant van blocked access to property. It's ideal to have a car park at the end of the road but not ideal to have an extra expense. I understand the works can't be helped but expected more from the property for the cost. If improvements were made, this would be 5 stars easily.

  Lovely cozy cottage.

  Well equipped & thoughtfully presented. Good shower, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi & parking no problem. Milk & Welsh cakes on arrival appreciated for the first cuppa, thank you. Our dog settled no problem as we took his bed, towels, toys and bowls to help him feel at home. He liked the enclosed back garden for sitting on nice days with us. Excellent location. Loved Conwy, plenty to see & do. Very dog friendly. We walked the walls, explored Conwy lots of walks along water front or out the back. We had lovely lunch with our dog at the Bank of Conwy. Visited Llandudno walked the pier and promenade & had chips & ice cream. Visited Anglesey Beaumaris. Betsy coed and walked to Aira Falls. The Cheese Room and Conwy Bakery very good too. Would recommend & would love to go back again.

  A fantastic cottage and a truly great week.

  The cottage was very clean but a little tatty in places with a touch of damp, which in no way detracted from the experience ( and what you might expect from a small Welsh cottage?) Everything that you might want is provided and not rationed as often it can be. Our stay was a little marred by unexpected building work in the next door property and a skip, but negotiated throughout the week without major issues to be fair. A brilliant location, but up a moderate hill, and so not for the infirm or someone who does not want to walk up a hill at the end of the day. A larger number of brilliant walks easily accessible and lots to do. A vast array of pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes although booking is advisable.

  Lovely little cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

  The decor was exactly to our taste! Great location to explore Conwy as it was our first visit! Would definitely recommend to family & friends! Builders next door was no problem during our stay as we arrived Friday afternoon & left Monday morning so no building work taking place while we were there! Very comfortable bed so enjoyed great nights sleep! No iron or board in cottage ( unless we just couldn’t find it!) & toilet seat needs fixing but those were very minor issue & certainly didn’t detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay!

  Angelsey is beautiful and cottage well placed for seeing the whole island.

  Accommodation was OK but directions not brilliant as the told to turn left at graveyard which cannot be seen from road. No welcome pack not even a pint of milk. Very disappointed as both description and pictures show an enclosed private garden however there are open steps which lead up to parking area and then down to quite a busy road. I have a 14 year old rescue dog so was only able to take her out in garden on a lead which is really not ideal. I look very carefully at desc. and pics so was extremely displeased by this.
