  Large Lodge with 3 very good size bedrooms. Open plan kitchen diner and lounge is a good size. Very large American type fridge and freezer is great, but the oven is small, so if catering for a larger family it's tricky. There is a green space on site for exercising dogs, however it is not fully fenced, and the property is on a fast and quite busy at times road. Equipment in the kitchen was ok, but short on glassware, serving dishes, and a couple of kitchen knives need replacing. Be sure to check the keysafe codes directly with the owners for the property before you arrive, as ours had been changed and we were not informed so couldn't access the lodge when we arrived. Owner did arrive to sort this out, but would be easier to check prior to arrival. The lodges on the road side of the setting have quite a bit of road noise, not an issue so much as we stayed in December but in the summer it would be a bit intrusive.

  What a find so close to Easter this newly renovated bungalow has all the creatures comforts and space needed for six people. Close to the east coast and Suffolk attractions this venue in the pretty village of Blythburgh was comfortable and well equipped. The main bedroom has plenty of cupboard space and a lovely en-suite with two other smaller bedrooms sharing a large family bathroom. The large open plan living area was great for all generations of the family, eating together and playing board games round the extendable dining table. The kitchen area is packed with modern appliances most of which we didn’t use as we were only there for four days and none of us are coffee drinkers. Would definitely recommend and stay again to explore this lovely area.

  This is an incredible find which we liked so much we have now stayed here twice. Perfectly located on the outskirts of a charming village yet on a quiet one way street void of any traffic to speak of but also within short walking distance to the village centre. Off street parking, which I personally find very important, is available at this house. Beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard. A well laid out kitchen with all appliances clean and in good order. An efficient shower and bath on the first floor with a copious hot water supply. Compfy beds, cosy rooms, I could type endlessly on how great a find this wee house is but quite honestly, it is just fabulous.

  One of the most beautiful and quirky cottages we have ever stayed in. Some internal steps to cope with so may not suit everyone but to us, it was perfect. The attention to detail and quality of furnishings and decor is excellent. Location is fabulous, with several great cafes and pubs to sit and watch the world go by (particularly recommend the White Hart). Great to have a parking space albeit a little tricky to manoeuvre to start with but very soon got used to it and no problems (we have a Maxda CX30 as a guide). Dog friendly garden which the dogs loved. Would definitely book again.

  A beautiful barn set in its own quiet grounds, so much space inside but still giving a cosy feeling.

  Everyone was catered for, games, comfort and relaxation in the hot tub, leaflets were available which led us on walks and days out. The dogs had a wonderful time with their own field to walk in and the fenced off area for a quick sniff. The location was perfect for touring beautiful Norfolk, Suffolk and surrounding areas. Recommend a visit to Felixstowe, which has a beautiful promenade to walk along which is immaculate. A book has been put together showing the history of the barn which I found very interesting. Loved our 7 night stay and the only downside was having to leave.
