What our customers say about their holidays

Recently returned from chi am mor .
property was as advertised in a fabulous location , with short walks / drives to many beautiful beaches , which is exactly what we wanted . House was clean and tidy on arrival , it was well equipped with most utensils and there was some lovely little extras like . nice loaf of fresh bread , some milk , lovely scones , jam and clotted cream which was all yummy , and a couple of treats for our little dog . there was also a bottle of washing up liquid which was all well received.( thank you very much) The master bed which was 2 beds zipped together was very comfortable and quite spacious ( we both slept like a log ) . overall we had a lovely stay in a house which was in a fabulous location . There was a few minor negatives , which we would not want , to put anybody off booking this property . there was no hammock in garden , which we would not have used so did not bother us and there was no barbeque which we would have used but to be honest was no inconvenience . but would advise this is pointed out to other potential renters . The wood burning hot tub was nice , but needed too much baby sitting and attention on this point and this point only we would probable not return , as we prefer a convectional hot tub , ( as with a hot tub . you would return from a nice day out , put some bathers on and just have to jump in and relax , with a glass of wine ) . instead of having to light a fire and wait for a couple of hours . We would like to finish on a high as the property is very nice and in a stunning location , the couple of minor negatives in no way spoilt our holiday we still had a ball .

Chi An Mor is a beautiful bungalow with great views over Porth Beach .
We had a great week , The hot tub is useless , we tried to light it twice but gave up in the end which was disappointing as I booked this rental because it had a hot tub . Garden is nice and spacious for dogs to run around although it is overlooked from neighbours at the back and we did feel a little on show . Garden chair covers could do with a wash . Didnât use the BBQ as no table in the garden to eat at . The Bungalow could do with blinds up in the kitchen and the garden room as when you are sat on sofa people can see straight in to the sitting room . Chi An Mor would benefit from more seats in the sitting room as there is a huge space unused . We thought that it could have been cleaner too ! Cobwebs in the bathroom , sofa not vacuumed (dogs hairs all under cushions )dust underneath sofa . Back Door needs a good wash and so do all the window frames and Patio Door frames . The welcome pack for our dogs was much appreciated (toys and treats) The human welcome pack of scones , Jam & Cream and a loaf of bread was a lovely thought ,a pint of milk would have made it just perfect . We didnât use the oven only the hob which was great . Plenty of utensils but could do with extra cups plates and cutlery as we were forever washing them up . There is a washing line in the garden but only 3 pegs . A hose pipe which was great for cleaning our doggies . Shower was great and lovely soft towels . The few things Iâve mentioned did not spoil our holiday .. we had a great time . Thank you Chi An Mor for the memories .

Wow! What a beautiful place!
We stayed here in October 2019 and loved every second. Upon first arriving, we were greeted with fresh bread and scones with jam and clotted cream and even a bottle of milk! There were treats for our doggy too. Beautifully decorated and very clean, beds are extremely comfy and has great facilities in both bathroom and kitchen/utility. A home from home! Had great fun in the garden on the hammock and loved the hot tub, very easy to use. Wood, kindle and firelighters are all supplied, checked on the fire for the hot tub every half hour and mixed the water around, took around 3 hours for hot tub to heat and very worth it! The log burner inside is also very cosy, heats the house up really well. Loved the games room, played ping pong and pool and thereâs also a cupboard full of board games in utility. Great size tv and comfy sofa in living room and also has a fancy swinging chair. Clean towels and linen are all provided. Really cannot find anything to complain about at all. Very close to a nice beach and pub and all the shops in Newquay. The sea view from the garden is gorgeous. The owner, Ian, stayed in touch throughout the holiday and ensured everything was ok which was very nice of him. Will definitely be staying again, see you soon Chi An Mor!

The caravan is absolutely lovely.
We felt comfortable and at home instantly. Despite being dog friendly, dogs are not allowed on the furniture so something to think about if yours are used to this. We had park maintenance people enter the caravan unannounced shortly after arriving which was a little unsettling as they unlocked the caravan and let themselves in. The outside deck and furniture wasnât cleaned and weâd have appreciated extra toilet rolls, washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs to be included in the caravan as these were an extra expense that we didnât need to take home with us. A fan would also be good for hot weather as we had to lug ours from home or wouldâve needed to purchase one whilst there. No WIFI in the caravan which we knew but the phone signal is poor so this made researching places, ordering food or even setting up the sat nav difficult. The location is perfect as plenty of beaches nearby but also isnât too far a drive to go towards St Ives/Lands End way or up towards Port Isaac and further. Thereâs plenty of food options and shops for groceries nearby and the caravan park itself is lovely. Overall weâd thoroughly recommend 109 Bude and we will be booking to stay here on all our future visits.

We had a really love stay at Cubert no3.
The caravan itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, as was the little welcome gift waiting for us (thank you!). The location was good - quick drive into Perranporth one way, or a few minutes more the other way into Newquay. Thereâs a nearby shop in the village with a great little bakery inside selling an array of pasties and cakes. The site was very well maintained with a small play area for children. Thereâs also a decent size swimming pool (you have to book in at customer services but we didnât have any problems getting in). The bar was clean with friendly staff, but a little expensive - as expected for a caravan site. Only two comments which stopped it from being perfect - thereâs no shop on site. Itâs really handy to be able to pick up basics when needed without having to get into a car. Secondly, the WiFi. We rely heavily on WiFi to find places to visit, activities, timings and bookings, but we were rarely able to get online as mobile signal was also very weak. This made it difficult to make plans. Though there is WiFi in the bar, this was also temperamental often needing to be reset. Overall, a lovely week - shame about the weather!!
