We really enjoyed our recent stay at the garden flat. It had everything we were looking for: a quiet location, our own patio and garden area and free parking. 10 minute walk into the centre of Sandwich which has a great choice of cafes and restaurants. The Haven cafe and My Thai are particularly good value for money, and offer good vegetarrian selections. Our hosts Loretta and Julien were very welcoming, and helpful with any queries. We liked our welcome pack which contained tea, coffee biscuits and marmalade. There was also milk in the fridge which we felt was very thoughtful. This is a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, beach and park. It is surprisingly bigger than it looks in the photo's and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The apartment has everything for your holiday including beach chairs, loungers, windbreak etc and the kitchen has everything you require. The apartment is just a two minute walk to the many restaurants but far enough away to have peace and quite. The balcony is a suntrap in the mornings, ideal for lunch or a glass of wine although I'm not sure why it has been separated from the kitchen side? Possibly a little on the expensive side but you definitely couldn't want for anything more from the apartment.

A fabulous ground floor flat in a beautiful setting less than 5 mins walk to the quay. Ideally placed for visiting the surrounding area - Warmer, Deal, Canterbury, Whitstable and Broadstairs all a must. The property is situated in a cull de sac with no through road so very private and quiet. Sandwich is a lovely town to potter around with a selection of restaurants and takeaways. Situated opposite the sea front and with many places to eat within a few minutes walk. Easy access to the promenade via steps with handrail or a sloping path. It is a pleasant walk into Whitstable ( 20 to 30 minutes depending on pace). There are bus stops close be. Overall a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the near future.
