  This is a beautiful flat in a wonderful location in East Looe, with stunning views both along the coast and down the river estuary. We honestly think these are the best views we have had in any property in the West Country so far. The flat is fitted to a very high standard and there is everything you could need for a self-catering escape. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. A chalk board full of useful tips and ideas for what to do in the region is provided which is a nice touch. The flat is also pretty much on the South West Coast Path. We thought it represented excellent value for money. Finding parking in Looe can be a challenge and to drop your kit off you need to be creative - we found a residential road that had a footpath to the back of the property of Hannafore; alternatively there is a short, very steep, pedestrian hill leading to the back of the property from behind the fire station. We would definitely stay here again if we were heading back to Looe.

  Lovely located apartment on the top floor, beautifully clean and well presented with a stunning roof top patio. The parking space is literally 30 seconds away and it was easy enough to park up there and carry things back into the apartment to unpack. The parking space is small and a bit tricky to get into if cars have not parked perfectly in their spaces either side. Would recommend parking up and not moving the car if you can and using the bus and train as much as possible. Apartment is up 2 flights of stairs which are hand railed but fairly steep. The apartment is just as pictured and very clean warm and comfortable. It was too cold during our stay to use the rooftop patio but this was a lovely feature. Had a really enjoyable week and would recommend this apartment as a great central place to stay for those with no mobility difficulties. Great that there were no pets allowed too.

  We have just enjoyed a weeks stay at Bay House in the centre of East Looe, where the accommodation was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything you could wish for, including a parking space on the beachfront car park which was ideal for us. There were plenty of extension leads placed around the apartment to charge items which was a bonus for us. We were lucky with the weather in March and had many days out and about in the sunshine, and lovely local walks, with the apartment being nice and central. Our teenage son loved the spiral staircase up to the Treehouse bedroom, with access to the roof terrace - although it was a bit too windy during our stay to use it. The large smart TV in the lounge was great, as was the TV in the bedroom, to watch TV in bed. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and we will be returning again in the future. :-)

  We have stayed here a number of times now over the past few years and always love coming here. I will never tire of that view! The fact you can't park outside is a bit annoying, but you get used to parking up the road and walking back. I wish the main bedroom was a bit bigger and had a bigger bed, but it does have a very comfy mattress topper. I love the real coffee that is provided and always love the welcome treats. The Bose Bluetooth speaker is a really nice touch as I like listening to music with a good quality speaker. The kitchen is well equipped and having the second bedroom as a dressing room and storage room is great and helps with the space in the main bedroom. I am sure we will be here again sometime soon.

  We have just returned from an amazing week at the Duchy, Lemain Apartments in Looe. The apartment is very comfortable and has superb views from every window. You will feel at home as soon as you arrive, There are quite a few steps to the property but we did not find this a problem as you are rewarded with the peace and quiet at such an elevated position. The bed is incredibly comfortable and has a high quality mattress and bedding. We enjoyed spectacular weather for our week’s stay and travelled around as well as enjoying local coastal walks and delicious evening meals with freshly caught seafood. We can’t recommend this property highly enough and would willingly stay here again.
