  This property was exceptional! It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, beautifully presented & furnished to a high standard, no expense spared! Lovely to see everything thoughtout the property to do with local Cornish people & supplies , from art work, to coffee & tea to Eco friendly & recycleable cleaning supplies & guides, fabulous! My first photos of the holiday were of the kitchen utensils!! (Not my usual photos I may add!) They were sooooo clean, tidy & organised. Everything throughout this property had been thought of. A lovely welcome pack on arrival was a nice added touch. Location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk into the centre, if that. Be mindful though it is quite a climb back up the steep road, but this is just a small minor & if you've been to Padstow before you will be prepared for the many hilly street walks. The advertising photos for this property really do not do it enough justice. Would I stay at Gull Rock again ?... Most definitely!

  We had a wonderful week at Baytree Cottage in August 23. It was incredibly clean, everything was like new. Great location, close to Padstow harbour and to a local Tesco supermarket. There are lovely views looking out of each window. Great to have a washing machine and tumble drier too, especially after a day at the beach and having lots of towels to wash and dry. All of the beds and pillows were very comfortable, as was the lounge furniture. My 2 children were particularly happy to discover a toy cupboard with games, puzzles and books. We will definitely be returning and have recommended to our friends that visit Padstow every year. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

  We've just returned from a week's stay at Bay Tree Cottage and would definitely return should we visit the area again. The location of the property is perfect and a great base to explore. It's a short stroll into Padstow and we also enjoyed the coastal path to Harbour Cove beach (our favourite in the area). We appreciated the peace and quiet of the location, and loved sitting on the deck in the early evening sunshine. The cottage itself is so well equipped and one of the best self catering properties we have stayed in. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, please do book and we reassure you...you won't be disappointed!

  Fantastic cottage in prime location. Views of the harbour and the Xmas lights was just brilliant. This was our first visit to Mariners View but we are already planning our visit for next year. I would recommend the cottage to anyone, warm, very comfortable and very clean. Beds were soooo comfy. I parked in the Links Car Park which is a 5 minute walk up the steps, and a perfect place and at winter prices £8.75 for a week, a bargain. Thank you to the owners for such a superb cottage and thank you Cornish Horizons for a very simple booking process.

  Super little holiday home in a perfect location. Home from home comforts with everything we needed for a fab holiday. We were lucky with the weather so we were able to take advantage of the patio and peaceful surroundings. Inside the property was clean and well maintained. Good quality appliances and furnishings. 10 min walk into town where there is a great choice of places to eat and drink. Great base to explore Cornwall. Will definitely be back!
