Situated on a quiet road, in the heart of Dartmouth, just a few minutes walk from the many varied shops, restaurants and pubs, this is an excellent location for a holiday home.  This superb accommodation offers a contemporary living space mixed with beautiful period features. From the living room, double doors open up onto the delightful balcony, which offers the most magnificent views of the river, the castle and the sea beyond. Below the balcony is a stunning curved decked area where you can also sit and appreciate the river scenes. Please note, this property accepts over 10's.

LivingFrom the spacious hallway you enter this lovely room, neutrally decorated to a high standard with two large comfy leather sofas, a large TV, DVD and a docking station. The double doors open onto a balcony, furnished with bistro table and chairs, which overlooks the Dart Estuary, offering some of the best views in Dartmouth: across to Kingwear on the opposite bank, out to the Castle at the mouth of the river and the sea beyond.

Kitchen/DiningThe kitchen/diner has high quality integrated appliances and is of a very high standard with granite work surfaces and beautiful wood flooring. The dining table seats 6 people. Off the kitchen is a utility room with lantern roof, freezer and integrated washing machine.

BathroomThe bathroom is also finished to a high standard with bath and shower over, and a heated towel rail. SleepingThe master bedroom has a double bed, oak bedroom furniture and a walk way from the hall with a wardrobe and shelving. The beautiful bay windows look out on to the decked garden, the River Dart and the sea beyond.

The second bedroom is spacious with two single beds, an oak chest of drawers and matching double wardrobe. OutsideOff the living room is a balcony with bistro table and chairs. From the side of the apartment you have access down some steps to the enclosed garden, which has a curved decked area with garden table and chairs for six people.

NB: There are steep steps down to the property making it unsuitable for the less mobile. ParkingThere is a seasonal parking permit for an undesignated space at the Mayor's Avenue car park in town and the Park and Ride at the top of Dartmouth.  This is valid April to September. Parking is on a first come basis and the car park is approximately a ten minute walk from the apartment.
