1/.Single bed is positioned so that between mattress & wall THERE IS A FT. WIDE GAP DOWN WHICH I FELL TWICE DURING THE NIGHT WHILST ASLLEP. 2/. Bed STORAGE DRAW is BROKEN 3/. SHOWER WAS RED HOT & tap adjustment DID NOT ALTER SETTING. 4/. l also SLIPPED IN THE SHOWER because there was NO SHOWER MAT so l went & bought one! 5/. KITCHEN TAP WAS HANGING OFF 6/. Appartment has NO WASHING MACHINE which is ESSENTIAL IF CHILDREN ARE STAYING)! 7/. COMPLIMENTARY BISCUITS WERE COMPLETELY STALE ! 8/. " SALT & PEPPER were just 2 TINY 'cafe' sachets * SO l added these BASIC ESSENTIALS to MY shopping LIST!. 9/. The OVEN CLOCK NEEDED SETTING FOR OVEN TO WORK. There was NO INFO 4 this & we UNSUCCESSFULLY spent an HOUR trying to amend it! 10/. ALL COAT HOOKS & SHELVES were TOO HIGH to reach for anyone UNDER 5 FT. 11/ Our reason for a second visit was because of THE SEA VIEW which is its big draw.

Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. 4 adults would be a bit tight - the second bedroom only has room for the two beds although there is ample storage space underneath them. However, there is a large hanging rail with plenty of hangers in the main bedroom. For anyone who prefers to buy their own food rather than rely on take-aways the fridge is a little small and icebox very limited. No freezer. However, shops are just a few minutes away. For anyone who doesn't know Scarborough (and we didn't) this flat is facing North Bay - much quieter than South Bay with it's amusement arcades etc. The parking permits provided were extremely helpful - we were able to park for free outside the apartment without an issue, but obviously at a quiet time of year. Owners were responsive and helpful via mobile and the place was spotlessly clean and well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery etc. Lots of games for any children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the storms !

The books and games are a lovely touch and we're enjoyed by all, particularly 'Say what you see' game. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Definitely will stay here again. Only thing which could have improved it would be some kind of hanging rail in the small bedroom as we all had to hang our clothes in the main bedroom (didn't want clothes just folded in the drawers under the bed). Maybe a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang towel on near the shower and near the sink. Very minor things I know and certainly won't stop us returning. Thank you for a lovely stay

This is an excellent property with a stunning view of Scarborough's North Bay - exactly as shown in the photo online.
We found the beds to be comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. I'd recommend providing a cafetiere but otherwise the apartment's very well-appointed. It would be helpful if instructions for the oven and hob were available plus the info that the 'parking disc' is not circular - but with the exception of these minor points it's totally recommended.

Great walk-in shower. It would have been 10 out of 10 but a few very little things that were missing but would be useful. 1. A full length mirror. 2. An extra shelf in the shower for shower gel and shampoo bottles. 3. Wall clock. 4. Toilet brush. 5. Iron and board. Television was also very slow. But apart from those little things 9.5 out of 10.
