Everything about this wonderful apartment was exactly as advertised and then more. Spotlessly clean and maintained to the highest of standards. Directions provided were uncomplicated and really easy to follow and locate on arrival making the end of our very long journey stress free and we were able to gain quick access to enjoy a much appreciated and needed cup of tea and take half hour to relax before unpacking. The thoughtful cleaner very kindly left us a really unexpected welcome treat which comprised of two fresh scones in a lovely little box accompanied by delicious strawberry jam and cornish clotted cream waiting in the fridge! They went down fantastically with our cup of tea. In another thoughtful gesture we had also been provided with complimentary tea bags sugar and a pint of fresh milk these small personal touches really made us feel welcomed and at home. The beds were obviously of high quality because they were the most comfortable we've ever slept in (more comfortable than our own at home!) The bedding was fresh and spotless and made beautifully as were the towels also provided. The bathrooms were again spotless and of the highest spec and the tiled floors in both bathrooms made it so easy to keep clean and tidy. Throughout the living areas (which are highly spacious and well furnished) the wooden flooring was both functional and so stylish and again easy to keep clean and tidy. The bedrooms were both carpeted which gave a really cosy feel and there is so much space for luggage and places to hang coats and jackets in every room including the extremely spacious entrance hall and corridor which has lots of space to store footwear neatly out of the way. There was clearly so much attention to detail when this apartment was being furnished as a holiday let because there really isn't anything we can think of that wasn't provided to ensure everything we needed was to hand. We stayed for 4 nights over the October half term with our kids and had a great stay.
Nicely decorated , clean, comfy furniture and beds and a kitchen stocked with everything you would reasonably need. The windows with a sea view have had the window sills made into seats in both the lounge and one of the bedrooms, great for watching the busy harbour from. Plenty of space for us and our 2 kids. It should be noted that the outside space is not immediately adjoing the flat but you only need to walk out to the main steps and up 8 or 10 steps. The area it's self is nice and plenty private enough to use and is a great addition. We even used it in October a couple times for a glass of wine before we headed out for the evening. I found the directions to the flat somewhat confusing but just head for North view road, doesn't really.matter how you get there. There probably about 20 steps to cart your stuff down from there. It's less steps up to North view road than down to the road below. Access down north view road is tight but I got my Vito down there alright. Even managed to park on there a couple times. The allocated space is a 5 min walk and will easily accommodate a Vito/T5 sized van The only issue we had was we could not find the WiFi code, I messaged the owner and they called back within 30 mins with the code. Very pleasant to deal with. If I come back to Brixham I would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous find.
We all absolutely loved our stay at apartment number 29 The Liner. From the moment we entered the private carpark at the centre of the apartment building with our own space to walking into the apartment it felt like we were on holiday. The apartment is sparkling clean and has everything you want for a holiday. fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, ice machine, dish washer and every cooking utensil you would need, if cooking is what you fancy doing. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment with views of the beach, sea and beautiful landscaped gardens. Thereâs a lovely accessible path that runs all the way round to the next cove. The beach café opposite serves tasty freshly cooked meals and has a bakery next to it for daily fresh bread and cakes. The walk into the town centre is an easy 20 minutes. So hereâs for the one tiny negative and it is tiny, the noise from the diesel engine running the small pizza and coffee horse box that turns up every morning just opposite the apartment building. The apartment patio doors are fantastic for blocking out the noise of the outside but my sensitive hearing could hear the diesel engine every morning waking up. But thatâs it. Thatâs my one negative. Thankyou apartment 29 for a much needed week away. We hope to be back soon.

This property was absolutely amazing.
Not only did it have surely one of the best views in the UK, but the apartment was a fantastic place to stay as well. The three bedrooms are all very generous sizes, two of which have stunning panoramic views over the bay, and one has an ensuite. This made for a very comfortable stay for my family. The main living area was very thoughtfully laid out and appointed, with ample kitchen appliances and utensils provided, plus a bonus coffee machine! This room really makes the most of the view and has a sky light to make the room extremely light and inviting The wrap-around balcony was also a great feature, especially as it connects externally around to the two beachside bedrooms. The property was clean throughout, and fresh bedding and towels were provided. Useful extras were available to make the stay easier, such as soaps, kitchen consumables, a hoover and a clothes dryer. The owner was also extremely helpful and responsive, giving clear instructions on how to enter the property and access the parking space, and also providing additional local area information on request. Overall I cannot fault this stay, and would very happily return to this property in the future! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others, and in fact, I already have. :)

We had a lovely stay.
There were just a few mostly minor things that could make the property more luxe to match its price tag. There was an issue getting into the property on time which the owner has apologised for and since rectified I believe. I felt the welcome gift was a little underwhelming; just a pint of milk and a pack of digestives. I saw in previous reviews people had mentioned a bottle of wine. There were no bath mats which I think is just a basic, rather than luxury item, so we had to use towels to save dripping over the floors. In previous reviews people had mentioned fluffy robes but we didnât have these. There were no dishwasher tablets. Normally properties provide two or three at least to get you started. The en-suite shower had quite a lot of mould on the grout which could be shifted with some mould spray. The plug in the en-suite sink didnât compress. Itâs a lovely, comfortable apartment, very spacious and with stunning views. No noise from neighbours. Great location for walking to harbour and for exploring local area. Beds were very comfortable. It was a fantastic holiday.
