  A super apartment with everything we needed for our stay in Southwould, booking was easy and all communication good.

  On arrival we had an issue with bed linen being stained which was promptly rectified by very helpful team both on the phone and in person which was awesome thank you. The apartment is in a super location and well designed and maintained however the apartment above could do with better soundproofing particularly in the bedroom section. We were unlucky that during our short stay both groups/family’s that stayed above us were up VERY early in the morning with alarms going off and showers being taken at 4 am and 6 am/6:30am so disturbed both us and the children in the bedrooms bellow. With the second set of guests arriving we sighed relief feeling we would have better luck however we were then met with very loud snoring and yet again another very early wake up call. Soundproofing was not an issue in the lounge / living area so it was a shock the bedroom was such a issue. Is it possible also that there could be an anti allergen pillow/ bedding supplied? … the beds were very comfortable however I’m allergic to feathers and the down bedding meant I slept with jumpers between my face and the bedding so as not to suffer soo badly. On vacating the apartment we also found the hoover broken with a note attached to say that it was out of order by a previous guest. It meant our experience in the apartment was mixed this time yet having stayed with bestofsuffok before we were expecting good things.

  Lovely styled property and ideal location, just a few steps from the beach.

  The property had everything you needed and was very clean. However, sadly I would not recommend this property, we had a family above us and the noise was honestly unbearable. They sounded like a heard of elephants!! Neither us or our dog could settle with the racket going on. We could actually hear the person above us snoring at night too! The walls must be very thin and some noise proofing needs to be done. Luckily we was only there for 2 nights but any longer we would have been very tired. The sofas were also pretty uncomfortable. It’s such a shame as the property itself is lovely and is perfect distance from the beach.

  We had a fantastic stay at this property. It's absolutely stunning and so well equipped, including the kitchen which has everything you could need and more. Yoxford has a great deli and a shop really close to the property, as well as a nice walk into the fields via the Yoxman. Unfortunately there aren't any pubs within walking distance, but that's not the end of the world. It was easy to get to the coast and lots of National Trust properties nearby. Parking was tight so I was glad we brought our smaller car. The enclosed garden was great for the dog as we felt she was very safe. We can't wait to come and stay again!

  Nicely decorated apartment.

  Very good location and parking easy . Central heating controlled so came on when not needed and cool in evening when option for an hour would have made more comfortable. Very noisy from flat above which does not appear to have any insulation and wooden floor boards (it would seem more a house split in two rather than a property conversion ) with 9 people staying above at start of week it inevitably resulted in noise disturbance which led us to consider leaving (they however had short booking) I think experience may depend on luck of who is booked into flat above so wouldn't take this chance again

  This was our second visit to shoreline we had a lovely time here 5 years ago, in August 2014. This was wonderful! Shoreline is beautifully decorated, perfectly located very comfortable and extremely well stocked! Despite the rain we had a brilliant time! We warmed ourselves by the fire at the Cross Keys pub and went to the cinema, we had fish n chips at the Aldeburgh Golden Gallion, we had a splendid dinner at the Lighthouse and when the sun shone for us we spent a morning walking to Thorpeness and enjoyed the conservation are there. We cant wait to come back.
