  The cottage is great - completed to a very high standard and very clean. We visited the local pub at the end of the road which was lovely and the staff extremely friendly. The milk shed opposite was nice offering fresh milk, eggs, honey etc. The park opposite was great for our dog, she loved going over there for a run! We also had a lovely walk up to Paxtons Tower, lovely views over the area. However, we were very concerned that the back boundary fence was quite low and contained 2 rows of barbed wire! considering this is supposed to be a dog and child friendly property we felt this was a huge safety issue. If not remedied there will be a nasty accident for either a dog or a child. There are sheep in the field at the back of the property and this makes that boundary very interesting to a dog! There was also a significant gap at the end of the fence separating it from next door (Cliftonville House) - we blocked this off with a wheelie bin and next door wasn't occupied so not a huge problem but it will pose a problem when the 2 properties are rented out at the same time. When we arrived it was a hot and sunny weekend - there was no shade in the garden - we would recommend a patio umbrella or canopy. We also would have appreciated knowing in advance that logging was taking place on the nearly hillside - at 7.30am each morning we were woken up by chainsaws and heavy machinery - we appreciate this is beyond the property owners control but i think a notice on the booking site making people aware of this would have been appropriate and courteous. I assume at some stage this will cease but for now it is a nuisance! No welcome pack which was a shame :( - it would have been a nice touch. If these issues are addressed we think it would a lovely holiday rental.

  Bay View house was a pleasure to stay in, it was extremely clean and very well equipt, it was home from home for us.

  Thank you for the goodies you left us, it was great to be able to have a cuppa and cake on arrival just what was needed. The furniture was clean and comfortable and well maintained the owners should be very proud. The views over the bay were amazing and it was a pleasure to sit out side and enjoy the great weather. The bus service was better than home we were able to get around without driving everywhere. The village had all the shops and resturants needed, Alex`s fish bar is recommended, good food and not over priced, Kens kitchen chinese take away is good value and the portions are huge far too much for one person. Sian was avilable if needed and was helpful with my query regarding the dishwasher thanks Sian. I would definitely stay again and would obviously recommend to anyone. One recommendation would be a hand rail in the shower cubicle otherwise everything was perfect.

  We stayed at Saron Chapel Monday - Friday, the chapel is up on a hill a short drive from Llandudno seafront (less than 10 mins) with amazing views across the local bays, countryside and mountains!

  The roads are a little narrow but easy to navigate and there is off road parking which is very handy. Inside the house is really spacious with lots of natural light in the hallways, stairs and lounges - beautiful stained glass windows too! There were lots of added touches from the owners - a very welcomed welcome tray, lots of kitchen equipment, family games, books,DVD's etc! The rooms are all spacious (the bathrooms huge) and the beds are comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully get to return one day! In summary - a beautiful house, well equipped, good outdoor space, amazing views and very comfortable in a good location too.

  Stabla was absolutely ideal for our stay in Chwilog.

  We were so very comfortable, and grateful to be able to stay in such a special place. We loved the historic nature of the property and the lovely serene setting. Nothing was lacking in 'our home'. The only problem was that we were only there for 3 nights! There is so much to explore in the area. We were torn as to whether to luxuriate in this fabulous home or do our requisite tourism (visiting from Canada so so excited to see historic landmarks, Snowdonia...). Thankfully we were able to do both. I certainly hope I will come back someday, it was truly perfect. Thank you.

  Fabulous property that far exceeds expectations.

  - a real wow factor as you walk through the door! Log burner was so cosy we had the best Christmas and had everything needed to cook a full Christmas dinner for us all- owners were happy to lend us couple of things we forgot to bring. Hot tub was so relaxing ( maybe the one area that needs a little more added. Maybe a dry storage box for shoes, towels whilst in the tub. My old husky (nearly 14 year ) loved the space and exploring the garden. She spent most of the week lying outside on the patio. We plan to return
