What our customers say about their holidays

Nice stay thank you.
Initially very noisy in the street outside due to not double glazed windows on Friday night but much better other nights. Heaters did not work in main bedroom and hallway but owner dropped off a plug in heater which was great. Some mould in shower floor cubicle was a bit off putting but all rooms were large and spacious, great tv with free view, washer, dishwasher and microwave. Would have been really helpful to have had a clothes aider as there was nowhere to dry clothes. Beds were very comfortable and apartment very convenient for town although whilst we were there, parking was a major problem every time we went out, there was no free parking in any local streets. This could have been as it was bank holiday weekend whilst we were there but meant driving round and round for 30 mins and then walking 10 mins back to flat with shopping etc. which was very annoying. One day we couldnât find anywhere at all and ending up parking and paying on the car park opposite the museum as that was the nearest! We didnât like the fact that anyone could access our stairwell from the ice cream shop and all the junk in the hallway and found the stairs quite greasy and dirty although I believe these are being done up soon. However the flat itself was very nice and modern and we had a comfortable and relaxing stay and enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine! Will recommend to others especially if they donât have a car as would be excellent for them.

What a fabulous find.
We all absolutely loved our stay at apartment number 29 The Liner. From the moment we entered the private carpark at the centre of the apartment building with our own space to walking into the apartment it felt like we were on holiday. The apartment is sparkling clean and has everything you want for a holiday. fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, ice machine, dish washer and every cooking utensil you would need, if cooking is what you fancy doing. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment with views of the beach, sea and beautiful landscaped gardens. Thereâs a lovely accessible path that runs all the way round to the next cove. The beach café opposite serves tasty freshly cooked meals and has a bakery next to it for daily fresh bread and cakes. The walk into the town centre is an easy 20 minutes. So hereâs for the one tiny negative and it is tiny, the noise from the diesel engine running the small pizza and coffee horse box that turns up every morning just opposite the apartment building. The apartment patio doors are fantastic for blocking out the noise of the outside but my sensitive hearing could hear the diesel engine every morning waking up. But thatâs it. Thatâs my one negative. Thankyou apartment 29 for a much needed week away. We hope to be back soon.

An honest review.
A beautiful spacious apartment with spectacular views and comfortable beds. Great position, not far into town. Welcome gifts were a lovely touch. There seemed to be a lack of light bulbs in the lights and also a smashed bulb on lamp in living area when we arrived. Certain areas could have been cleaned better, our shower needed some attention, looking black in areas and tired. Sofaâs need to be moved and cleaned underneath, lots of dirt and dust. external cladding and upstairs windows were also not clean when we arrived. We had no tv or hairdryer in our room upstairs but the others did? Perhaps put a small tv on top of wardrobe? In my opinion long dressing mirrors should be a must in all of the bedrooms and would be handy to have extra sockets next to them, struggled to get my hairdryer to reach the only mirror in my room upstairs. Having said this itâs a great place to stay and would definitely stay again but with the premium price you pay you would expect all these tweaks to be addressed to make it the best it can be.

This apartment was brilliant.
The highlight has to be the large balcony, with great furniture and wonderful view. We spent more time here than anywhere - even when it rains, as very little rain comes onto the balcony itself. Everything inside the apartment was as described and felt good quality and plentiful. It's position right in front of Gyllingvase beach is fab, as it takes seconds to walk there, and there's even a shower in the car park to wash off sandy feet etc. It's a struggle to think of anything negative, I suppose the only thing is that the small park opposite (which is beautiful) can be a bit of a hang-out place for slightly noisy youths in the early evening, but you're going to get that in most seaside towns, and they weren't there late, and the windows in the property were great at cutting out any noise if needed - although we actually slept with the window open every night and got a great night's sleep every night. I really would not hesitate to recommend this apartment - we are already looking to see when we can go back!

Amazing Accommodation with Breathtaking Views July 2024.
We have just returned from an unforgettable stay in this stunning 3-bedroom apartment in St Ives. Overlooking Porthminster Beach and towards the Harbour, the views were truly spectacular. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine that guaranteed the best start to every day. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had perfect nights' sleep. Plenty of fresh towels were laid out for our use, and the delightful welcome gifts added a special touch to our arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main town, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that St Ives has to offer including all the restaurants and bars, and a couple of minutes walk to the most idyllic beach and café. The secure parking space for the week was a godsend. Canât wait to return. Highly recommended!
