I have stayed in a number of houses in Salthouse and this is by far the best. Beautiful modern house with good parking. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, good heating, modern kitchen and utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer, exceptional water strength for great showers, it has everything you need for a great stay. But the best thing is the wonderful sea view which you will never get tired of. Only negative comments are the internet is slow (but my daughter still managed to work on line from here) and the upstairs floor squeaks, but these are minor issues, for such a lovely house. You will not regret renting this house.

The owners, Annette and Mick, were so kind, helpful and friendly and even put a birthday card through the door when it was my birthday. Nothing was too much trouble! We loved the comfortable setting, the peace and quiet, the huge TV, the real fire, the massive conservatory, the BBQ facilities and the hens...who came onto the patio near our door on several mornings. It was lovely to watch the birds on the bird feeder too. The property was very close to our much loved Sheringham and there is plenty else nearby to do. We can't wait to come back!

This house has been perfect for our stay in beautiful, tranquil Salthouse. The upstairs living space is perfect for our family of 4 (plus dog) and good to have an extra TV downstairs to separate the kids if need be! Very quiet location, very comfy beds. We loved the village shop & walking to the beach (10 mins). We also loved visiting Holt (Holt Cafe is great for lunch). Our children used the football pitch behind the church - fabulous. The kitchen is well equipped and the living space ideal for spending time together. Salthouse is a delight, a quieter base in midsummer than the Wells area. Whilst appreciating some measure of wildness the garden is looking sad and needs attention. Still, we would recommend as a good holiday base any time of year and would return.
