  Upon arrival at The Harnser we were overjoyed to find that it was immaculate, with not a speck of dust anywhere. So many times we have been disappointed by the level of hygiene & have even on a few occasions had to clean before we unpacked. The quality in the furnishings, bedding & kitchen utensils is as you would expect to find in your own home, which was lovely, & quite unexpected. Same as the range of furniture. Even the fridge & cooker looked brand new. The bathroom was well stocked with shower gel, shampoo & most importantly toilet rolls. The only thing in the fridge was a fresh bottle of milk, & a welcome pack on the coffee table In all honesty, we could find no faults whatsoever, & would definitely book again. The owner Alan & Jenny were on hand with advice & recommendations but were never intrusive, which was lovely. Thank you very much for a very relaxing Christmas & for the Christmas tree, which was unexpected, we could not have booked anywhere better.

  Very pleasant stay - with quality crockery and extras etc. Only concern is danger of slipping in the shower as there is no internal grip mat and the shower base is smooth. Would have liked option of softer pillows as all were too hard,bedside lamps did not give enough light and lovely though the extra ornaments were - a few too many covering surfaces which were needed for putting things on e.g.in bedroom on top of chest of drawers in front of mirror a big tray was a hinderance! Hopefully feedback is taken as helpful - we really did enjoy or stay and may well be back!!!

  The two things we judge a stay most on are the bed comfort and the shower. Both passed with flying colours. Its very modern and comfortable accommodation and situated just on the edge of of town. Its ideally situated for everything you may need, town, supermarkets and country walks all within a five minute walk depending on which direction you choose to go. Alan and Jenny ( the owners) were more than happy to help with any questions or queries we had about the area. We look forward to visiting again and walking even further next time (weather permitting).

  We Stayed in a well designed comfortable accommodation for two people with every conceivable thought and requirement given to the apartment.I a quiet setting,but close close to the town of Beccles ,with shops and local amenities and attractions within quick accessibility through close by trunk roads.Is worth pointing outing that we found the people of Norfolk and Suffolk friendly ,unassuming and nice.On reflection we are already missing this area of the country,and hope to return to Beccles and hopefully 'The Harnser'.

  The accommodation was exceptional; with everything you would need for a self-catering holiday. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and keen to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. They were also truly knowledgeable about the local area, advising on some wonderful places to visit. The property itself is in an ideal location within Beccles, easy to get to and very close to local amenities, such as supermarkets and restaurants. We would highly recommend a stay in the property.
