  We stayed for 4 nights over the October half term with our kids and had a great stay.

  Nicely decorated , clean, comfy furniture and beds and a kitchen stocked with everything you would reasonably need. The windows with a sea view have had the window sills made into seats in both the lounge and one of the bedrooms, great for watching the busy harbour from. Plenty of space for us and our 2 kids. It should be noted that the outside space is not immediately adjoing the flat but you only need to walk out to the main steps and up 8 or 10 steps. The area it's self is nice and plenty private enough to use and is a great addition. We even used it in October a couple times for a glass of wine before we headed out for the evening. I found the directions to the flat somewhat confusing but just head for North view road, doesn't really.matter how you get there. There probably about 20 steps to cart your stuff down from there. It's less steps up to North view road than down to the road below. Access down north view road is tight but I got my Vito down there alright. Even managed to park on there a couple times. The allocated space is a 5 min walk and will easily accommodate a Vito/T5 sized van The only issue we had was we could not find the WiFi code, I messaged the owner and they called back within 30 mins with the code. Very pleasant to deal with. If I come back to Brixham I would definitely stay here again.

  We spent a week in this apartment with friends.

  The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard and there was everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Comfy beds and all of the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The window seating where you can watch the coming and going in the harbour below was fantastic. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return some time in the future. We would like to thank the owner for making our holiday a fantastic experience. Brixham itself is a wonderful little town with lots of places to eat and drink and it is a perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

  A lovely apartment with great views and so convenient to walk everywhere, everything we needed.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. It would be helpful to include more details about the parking in relation to the apartment, I had to keep calling the owner to help me find it - he was great & really helpful. Also make it clear that the deck area is not physically attached to the apartment and you have to go back out the apartment & up a couple of public steps, it’s almost next door but not practical to sit in your dressing gown with a cuppa in the morning. Nice though in the evening with a glass of wine and great views over the harbour.

  The apartment is really lovely and so well equipped. Perfect for our family of 4. Location for walking into brixham is great. Only downside was the traffic noise in the front bedroom which I know is unavoidable but my hope of being able to lay in bed a bit longer in the morning wasn’t achieved! It should perhaps be made a bit clearer that the long stay parking is a 20 minute walk from the door and you can’t park outside to unload as the door is pretty much at the crossing and it’s double yellows. Other than that we had a fabulous little holiday. Thank you

  The property was clean and tidy.

  We didn't like there was no wardrobes and you had to hang clothes on the small rail in the rooms. The bathroom was good although the shower lacked water pressure. The towels provided were small and could have been bigger. The kitchen was alright but lacked certain items to prepare and cook food. The property above were very noisy late at night and early in the morning, not sure if it is a permanent residence or another holiday let. We wasn't aware there wasn't a washing machine or freezer at this property.
