  We stayed for 4 nights over the October half term with our kids and had a great stay.

  Nicely decorated , clean, comfy furniture and beds and a kitchen stocked with everything you would reasonably need. The windows with a sea view have had the window sills made into seats in both the lounge and one of the bedrooms, great for watching the busy harbour from. Plenty of space for us and our 2 kids. It should be noted that the outside space is not immediately adjoing the flat but you only need to walk out to the main steps and up 8 or 10 steps. The area it's self is nice and plenty private enough to use and is a great addition. We even used it in October a couple times for a glass of wine before we headed out for the evening. I found the directions to the flat somewhat confusing but just head for North view road, doesn't really.matter how you get there. There probably about 20 steps to cart your stuff down from there. It's less steps up to North view road than down to the road below. Access down north view road is tight but I got my Vito down there alright. Even managed to park on there a couple times. The allocated space is a 5 min walk and will easily accommodate a Vito/T5 sized van The only issue we had was we could not find the WiFi code, I messaged the owner and they called back within 30 mins with the code. Very pleasant to deal with. If I come back to Brixham I would definitely stay here again.

  A lovely apartment with fantastic views and so peaceful all the time - I found my stay there very calming. You are able to walk into Brixham without needing to use the car so location is very good. The little cafe down on the cove is a lovely touch and caters for most needs for snacks and drinks and ice-cream. The apartment has all you need for self catering (as I did during my week as travelled alone) with plenty of crockery and cutlery for maximum guests - and a dishwasher! The beds are comfortable as are the sofas in lounge and everything was so clean and well looked after. I would recommend the accommodation for a couple or maybe a young family but not necessarily two couples or with teenagers as they might find the bathroom (being just off the lounge) a little too public as it only has a sliding pocket door so privacy cold be an issue with other people sitting in the lounge. Overall it is a great place to stay and just sitting on the balcony with those views makes the holiday, especially if it's sunny as it was the whole of my stay!. .

  Property felt very clean and fresh on arrival. Great location and views. Spacious balcony with comfortable furniture to eat outside and enjoy the views. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed was there. Heating was efficient for chilly May evenings. Quiet location but easy access to Brixham. We enjoyed the walk to Brixham via Battery Gardens and the coastal path with lovely views on the way. For driving into Brixham, we used the Oxon Cove car park. Easy to get to from the property and a short level walk to the Harbour etc. Several restaurants in Brixham had made provision for outside seating, so despite Covid restrictions we managed to eat out several times and had good food everywhere. The property is well situated for visiting places such as Torquay, Paignton, Dartmouth and also the National Trust properties Greenways and Coleton Fishacre.

  Lovely apartment in a fabulous location. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch over the sea or see Torquay light up at night on the other side of the bay. The apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable. It was very useful having a dish washer and a washing machine. The kitchen was equipped for enough crockery for about 10 people :-) We did find it lacked enough space to store clothes or food though. The whole apartment area was lovely and clean and it was great to be able to walk to either of the coves. My youngest enjoyed being in the pool but wished it stayed open a bit longer than 6pm. All in all it was a lovely stay and we were blessed with fabulous weather. Would definitely recommend.

  A beautifully presented apartment in what is a terraced house converted into two flats. As this is the upstairs of the two there is a flight of stairs to the bathroom, some to the main living area then another flight to the bedrooms. It is well furnished with all comforts provided but if you need to sleep in a dark room bring an eye mask as there is no blackout on the blinds. It is a 10 minute walk from the shops and centre of town but its elevated position means that you have use steps or a steep incline to get to them. Parking is a challenge and if you are lucky a space appears outside of the apartment but be warned, there are active traffic wardens so don’t park on the double yellow lines!
