  The coach house is located in a very quiet spot approx 5 mins off the main road.

  Using Google maps the post code took me straight to the location. We stayed here after needing something to comfortably host 6, inc young children whilst we was attending a wedding and then decided to bulk out our stay with alton towers (20min drive) and the peak wildlife park (30 min drive) etc. The coach house has a decent size garden space which was brill and safe for my 5yr old to be out side. Very clean and modern inside, beds were really comfy, bathrooms were very clean as was the kitchen. Everything you would need in kitchen and more. Everything was as expected pictures are accurate. We ordered takeaway a few nights from looking on just eat/ uber eat - no problem. Overall very pleasant stay. ☺️

  Obo's Retreat is a home away from home, A perfect base from which to roam.

  Close to many beautiful places you'll want to explore, Polzeath, Rock, Padstow and so many more. After a day in the surf we couldn't wait to get back, To lovely hot showers, cosy beds, ready to hit the sack. If you are a chef at heart the kitchen has all you will need, Many hungry mouths you will be able to feed. If a take away or eating out is what you are after, There is a pub across the road filled with ale, good food and laughter. And when you are tired and weary from the Cornish sea air, The comfy sofas are ready so a film you can share. Obo's Retreat is a perfect place for a holiday together, Thanks for the memories, we'll treasure them forever.

  Lovely comfortable bungalow with a welcome bag of goodies.

  We were two families of 5 and there was plenty of room. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms with an additional toilet in the utility room. Games and toys for children, the pub across the road which also had the village shop. Found a lane across from the pub to walk the dogs in the mornings. The grass needed cutting but the gardeners came on the Tuesday. Bit confused regarding the wheelie bins but put them out on the Wednesday evening and were emptied before we left but not by the normal dustmen but contractors for holiday lets. It said no glass in the bins but they gave us a bag to put our bottles in and took them. I would highly recommend this bungalow

  Overall we enjoyed our stay.

  However, we did leave it cleaner than when we arrived! Settees rather shabby compared to last year. We were disappointed that the food Items that were provided the previous year were not supplied this year. Whilst, the items are, no doubt charged in the overall bill, and may not be to everyone's taste. You may have thought it better not to provide them, however it would have been helpful to add this information to the details about the property. Because we did not want to overload the fridge, the first thing we had to do on arrival was go out and buy milk in order to make tea/coffee after our 200 mile trip!.
