  The apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated.

  The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome biscuits and juice etc were appreciated. The family bathroom was very nice and a good size. We had a very enjoyable stay. I was disappointment by the lack of storage- there wasn’t enough draw space for a family of 4 for a week. We just about managed in the children’s twin bedded room, but my husband ended up putting folded clothes under the bed. The bed was a double, not king which is unusual and we didn’t sleep brilliantly. There’s several sets of doors (2 of which are coded) to get through, this made unpacking the car quite a task! It’s a beautiful apartment, but didn’t quite work for a family of 4.

  "From the first telephone call, the whole experience was professional, from the Sales office Staff to Julie our housekeeper.

  So polite & accommodating. The apartment superb. Welcoming, beautifully furnished, with the smallest of detail having been thought of. Fantastic views of Carbis Bay & ideally situated in easy reach of everywhere we wanted to visit. In fact, if we’d had longer, we would have spent the odd day with a cliff/beach walk, then simply relaxing in the apartment enjoying the peacefulness, sat on the balcony, glass of wine & a good book together with the wonderful fresh sea air.... Perfecto! The owners & Carbis Bay Holidays should be proud of themselves, as would take a lot to beat. Our Thanks to you all. "John & Bobbie Porter

  Fantastic accommodation.

  Comfortable, clean, warm, spacious, easy to find with free secure parking & in a safe area close to the beach. Apartment is on a hill, so quite a steep climb to/from the beach for us pensioners, but we managed OK. Bus stop on main road. Good quality towels. Powerful showers & large bath. Uncluttered cutlery drawer. Tasteful decor. Christmas tree decorated. Good lighting throughout. So good we have booked for next year. A couple of small niggles, the toaster was unpredictable, mainly toasting one side & would burn quickly, also shame the apartment only has double beds, a super king or king bed would have been nice.

  Very happy with the appartment position and standard of the equipment but have a few minor suggestions for improvement.

  Instructions file should have essential info listed briefly at front and be regularly updated; thick file difficult to use, eg could not locate spare bulbs initially.. The toaster is difficult to set resulting in us setting off smoke alarm. it is overdue for replacement. Need more coat hooks near entrance door. The milk pan base is too small is at risk of toppling over on the hob. Heated towel rails were on too long especially during hot weather resulting in wasted energy. Flickering daylight bulb above TV needs replacing with warm white and bedside lamps should be fitted with dimmable LED bulbs.

  We loved staying at this lovely property.

  The views are fantastic and the flat is very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We didn't make use of all of the various gadgets provided but can't imagine it lacks anything you might need. We loved the coffee machine. The proximity to Carbis Bay Station is a real plus and access to the coast path is very easy. Just as a note in addition to the official entry instruction on arrival, the security door from the car park into the building requires a key (which is provided with the keys in the kay safe). There a lot of key codes to remember and this wasn't very clear when we arrived.
