We had a great stay at this lovely, refurbished cottage very close to the heart of the village. Our group was 6 adults, 1 baby, and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is generously equipped with cooking, dining, and storage facilities, and also has a large dining table. There's a large decking area outside the lounge with a large table and chairs. There's also an electrically operated awning that was great as a sunshade (the weather was fabulous during our stay). A really comfortable cottage.

Fantastic property, very well equipped which was a relief as many places have only the basics, great to have a washing machine! Hot tub was amazing and was well used by us. We visited Dinosaur Roarr and Bewilderwood which were great days out for our children and the Bure Valley railway was good value for money. Best fish and chips from Roughton. Car park was accessible. This place is great for families or couples. I would book again and recommend to anyone.

My adult family of 6 had a great stay at Sandpit Cottage. The cottage is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is great for all the lovely beaches and attractions of the stunning Norfolk coast - Horsey beach with the hundreds of seals was a highlight! Cromer was visited twice with lunches involving the famous local crab of course. We visited the Vernon Arms which was a wonderful evening with fantastic food.

Everything we needed was provided and was very clean on arrival. Added bonus of gas barbeque and private hot tub.
