  Fantastic House to stay in. An absolutely beautiful house to stay in for my family Christmas. It had everything that we needed in order for our Christmas weekend to go wonderfully well. We stayed for a long weekend ages 9 months to 78 and there was enough space in the house for everyone to have their space and yet all be together.The hot tub was lovely - with some nice outdoor lighting, plastic glasses to use and separate towels for the tub, which you could sling in the tumble drier after use ready for the next time! The conservatory was a great place for breakfast with a more formal dining room - which was perfect for Christmas Day lunch. We had a lovely welcome pack as well, with wine, cheese, butter, bread etc. Such a lovely thing. The kitchen was well equipped. I was unsure what it would be like cooking a full on Christmas Dinner for 8 in a kitchen that I didn't know - would they have the pots and the pans etc - but they had everything I needed. I took some stuff with me just in case - but it was fine!The beds were super comfy, the pillows lovely and soft and the linen was lovely too. :)Great place to stay. 100% recommend.

  Absolutely stunning barn. Perfectly placed in its own private grounds yet with access close to lots of shops and areas of interest, including the coast. It’s well placed for your Norfolk sight seeing yet perfect to just kick back and relax.The kitchen was so very well packed with every item you needed to make your stay perfect. There’s more than enough crockery etc to cover. There are 2 dishwashers even. Every detail has been well thought through. The barn is beautiful.The bedrooms spacious and the en-suites perfect.Everything worked as it should.The log fire was dreamy when the evening came. The house wasn’t cold at all, stats to set in each room. But it just made for a cosy relaxing evening. It could have done with a poker for the fire but nothing we couldn’t cope without.We had a wonderful stay and was sad when it came to an end. We can safely say it was the best place we’ve ever stayed at and will certainly be visiting again.

  Wild Meadow Barn was exceptional in every aspect. Perfect for a multi-generational family with dogs. We had a wonderful pre-Christmas get together. The Barn was perfect for entertaining with ample china and utensils. Two ovens and two dishwashers! The adults, children and our dog thoroughly enjoyed it. The grounds are stunning and our retriever thought she was in paradise. We even went in the lake too for a chilly dip! Loved all the interiors, beautiful bedrooms and fabrics. The wood burner and chimney breast were amazing. We so didn’t want to leave! Especially our dog, who was last out of the door and looked devastated. Just perfect in every way. We hope to be back soon. It was so close to my old childhood home too; felt I was back in Norfolk for good! Loveliest property in stunning surroundings that we have ever stayed in. Thank you to the owners for lending us your gorgeous home.
