  Thank you for allowing guests to stay in your delightful Coach House. We have stayed in many holiday lets over the years and we both agree that this home tops them all! Beautifully furnished and decorated, you have thought of everything to make guests feel happy and cared for in this beautiful spot. The view across to the water tower as the sun sets in the west is priceless. Highlights of our stay were lunch at The Swan at Ingham (seriously good food) and The Recruiting Sergeant at Coltishall. Watching the colony of seals at Horsey Gap - amazing. Long walks with our cockerpoo, Martha, along the beaches at Happisburgh, Walcott, Cart Gap and Sea Palling. Happisburgh Church is also worth a visit. Thanks again, it's been a marvellous holiday. P.S. Seriously good fish and shellfish available from the fish shop in Happisburgh, and East Runton Old Vicarage a must visit for any garden lover. We left the guide for future guests.

  Wow! What a wonderful place to recharge our batteries! You have really thought of everything to make the perfect holiday home. Thank you for the best welcome pack we have ever had with lots of fabulous goodies and essentials, so very kind. Superb comfy beds for a peaceful nights sleep after plenty of walks and sea air.We can recommend The Recruiting Sergeant and The Swan at Ingham for meals out, the first is dog friendly which was handy at the weather was wet - so thankful we were in the bar, the latter allows dogs outside which we were blessed with better weather! We will return! Best wishes.

  A lovely cottage, very easy to relax in. Spacious, nicely decorated, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. I needed the wood-burning stove, as it was the first week of December, and once starter pack finished, extra logs and kindling available at reasonable price from a nearby filling station. A lot of useful information in the binder in the kitchen, and the very nice owner popped in to say hello from her home on the other side of the courtyard. I hope to return in another season to enjoy the garden too. A great choice for a short winter break.

  The Coach House is an absolute gem. Owners Mandy and David have renovated the building very sensitively and created a holiday home that is second to none. It is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, and the location near the coast in Happisburgh is perfect for anyone who enjoys long walks along the beautiful Norfolk shoreline. Our dog was also welcome and the walled garden at the back is perfect for your four-legged friend - quiet and secure with a substantial lawned area. We loved our stay and hope to return next year.

  Host fantastic, so helpful and welcoming. Their whole property is smart and clean. They have worked very hard to offer a very smart and comfortable lodge, welcome basket, everything you need for a perfect stay. Lodge also has a beautiful wrap around secure garden. Our dog loved it, as did we. It's by far the best self catering at that price range that we have ever stayed in. We send thanks to the host for a relaxing and wonderful stay, and we hope to return ? ? plenty to do all around ? There is nothing we didn't like.
