A super semi-detached house set in a quiet residential area, that is very handy for local amenities and the blue flag beach of Sheringham. This is a great holiday house, perfect for both families and friends to enjoy. It is light and bright and furnished in a fresh, modern style.
Ground floor: Hallway with door to Kitchen: situated downstairs with electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. WC and wash basin. Door into Lounge/diner: with TV and DVD player and dining table with chairs, double doors opening onto patio area.
First floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Family bathroom: with electric shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Outside: enclosed patio to the side of the property. Amenities: wifi. Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. High chair, travel cot (please bring own bedding) and stair gates are available, please request upon booking. 1 small dog welcome at £20.00 per week. Location: beach 400 metres, pubs and shops a 3-minute stroll. Allocated parking space.
