From the house you can walk to Swanage Steam Railway Station, the sandy beaches and the victorian pier.
On arriving at the property you are greeted by a warm and welcoming home. Tastefully decorated throughout the ground floor the open plan living and dining area provides a comfortable living space. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. Outside the garden features a decked alfresco eating area.
